The EC works like the founders intended, regardless of any Presidential "affiliation".

You're not saying anything meaningful when you say that. We all agreed to elect our Presidents by this system.

No party offiliation meaning no party primaries just everyone who is running on a ticket and then the top 2 go to run off and the winner wins still using the EC method

To give people more choices and to prevent voting for someone because party.

It would make elections based on policy not party. Does that not sound better than the 2 party system we have now?

Then posting WHEN you make the statement should make it easy to validate your claims. Have at it.

The truly funny thing is that Obama didn't even come close to losing the popular vote, so your claim doesn't make any sense. Please tell me you weren't duped by some fake tweets?

Sure. Minority rule is still tyranny. How about no one rules.

    See? Simple.

Disenfranchising the millions of people who don't live in big cities is even worse.

It sounds pointless if you ask me. Nothing is obligating you to vote for someone because of political affiliation.
Countless people voted against Trump because he wasn't perceived as a "True Republican;" same can be said for Hilary because she was Progressive enough.
If you're too closed-minded to vote based on characteristics other than party affiliation, that's your malfunction.

We live in two Americas, Blue America is where everyone has access to the Fire fighters, Police, and Hospital, where we work 9-5 jobs, live in neighborhoods or apartments, having a school bus pick up our kids, and where the government provides basic services like trash pickup and water to the tap, and internet is fast and available.

Red America, where you have one sheriff, and if you are lucky a local fire station. Where you work from Dawn till dusk, like on a farm or house separate from everyone else, where you have to drive the kids to school, where you have to fend for yourself because the government does not provide trash pickup you have to get your water from a well, internet/tv is slow or non existent.

Blue america lives in relative luxury, Red america has to work to survive.

Since Red America does not really need the federal government, Blue America should be allowed to control it. Make sense?

that was the when Trump was against the electoral college, that was what you were asking right?

sure, now that Trump won with millions less votes then his opponent he supports affirmative action for the smaller states... as he is an Affirmative action President

but when Trump thought a black man won with less votes, he was very upset and it shows in his twitter tantrum

Indeed it does, Red America (Uncivilized) wants to control the government via minority instead of letting Blue America (Civilized) control it.

1st Amendment -- political parties can run whoever they want, determined however they want, and the state has no say in the matter.
