Not true. The Supreme Court upheld lower court decisions on DACA stating Trump didn't have the authority to end the program. Trump also lost an appeal to the Supreme court on asylum seekers.

It's reported that the pollsters were heard screaming "This is MAGA country" and throwing around Subway sandwiches.

So you are against the Constitutional powers of Presidents being able to appoint justices. Not a question.

Trump made gains with black, hispanics, and women that abandoned republicans in 2018 are siding with Trump on a wall. Their approval rate has increased.

If I came up to you on the street and asked you if you thought that President Bernie should have the power to make any political issue a National Emergency and to have the ability to then move money around from different departments to pay for it - what would you say?

Funny this is a problem now and it hasn't been since 1976 or when the other laws were written allowing a President to shift funds. Obama breaks the Constitution. No problem. Trump follows the law. The sky is falling.

Any President taking authority of the purse from Congress is a problem. Republican or Democrat. I tried to warn people after 9/11 that they were handing too much power to the executive branch and that the power went with the office - not the man. Then those people screamed bloody murder when Obama used the power. It has to stop somewhere. Now would be a good time, or President Bernie will really screw things up.

You will need to address that with Congress that wrote the law. People didn't like Obama performing unconstitutional actions with his pen and phone because Congress didn't pass a law. Trump is following the law.

Not as of yet. DACA has yet to get to SCOTUS and Trump is following the laws Congress passed.

...did you intentionally forget all of the times that people had an explicit problem with obama and the constitution?

When has a President ever gone to Congress for funding of a specific project, got denied, and then declared a national emergency to get access to more funds?
