The Right To Have Sex

I do not believe sexual intercourse is a right. I do not understand how anyone can think that and not believe rape is not a crime.

 

That makes absolutely no sense

 

thats what Im asking. If no one wants to have sex with say a beta male...what exactly is his option if the claim it is a right?

 

If you can't afford a gun....do you still have the right to have one?

In your analogy your right to own a gun doesnt mean you get to have one if you cant afford it....or is the argument it does?

If it is a right to have sexual intercourse, then I can have it when I want it and with whom. If it is not a right, I have to have a willing partner.

It can be difficult to understand the concept. Even in marriage, it is the same. Rape is a crime. Therefore, you have no right to sexual intercourse. You may masturbate in private, at your own discretion.

 

No. I presume you mean 'can we lawfully stop people from having sex?' I believe an appropriate response to proven rapists would be to remove their genitals to 'ban' them from having sex. So I believe the right to sex is 'alienable.'

As far as Law Abiding folks are concerned- no activity between consenting adults is anyones business but their own, and their right to that activity is inalienable. (i suppose building nuclear weapons would be an acceptible exception...)

 

Removing a man's genitals does not stop him from using fingers or tongue. It only removes his ability to feel pleasure through genital touch. Same as those women who are circumcised. He can still rape.

Can we lawfully stop some from having sex?

Banning it for those who have aids or with or between children, there are laws concerning some of that.

 

Removing genitals typically reduces aggression.

 

So what is funny is that women and some men will shame a guy that won't or can't get laid.
I have my right of freedom and being harassed by women.

The right to pursue another consensual human? yes. The right to have sex? No.

 

it is if you are going to have children. Otherwise, sex, is only sex. For those that are unable to have children of their own, they might adopt, while living as husband and wife in their marriage bed.

 

I don't have to bother discussing anything I determine to be an inalienable human right, no one else gets to insert themselves into that.

 

What about a shrimp of a married man with problems and the wife no longer has sex with him.

He had one baby with his wife, and doubts it was his, after a long dry spell, of no sex, he chose and raped his victim.
