When your country is smaller than most of our states, it is feasible. When you dont have to really have a military because the US keeps you safe, it is possible. There are very few examples you can call success cases absent these 2 things, and their tax rates would cripple our economy.

If Kennedy retires, I'd nominate another swing vote type of judge. But that's just me.

 

Im conflicted on that. On one hand that seems like the easier political road to go down. On the other Trump/Republicans wont always hold power and dems would have no issue packing the court with lefties.

Also, Roberts was supposed to be conservative and has ended up more like a swing voter. That wasn't expected but its what we got. So the way I see it we are still down a solid conservative.

 

I still wonder who has dirt on him, and what they have.
