The unlikely marriage between western liberals and Islam

Have you heard of the 13th Imam? It's the negative to Christianity's 12 apostles when it comes to the final days. Instead of Christ's 2nd Coming, it's the 13th Imam who ends the Christian-Jewish states with blood and horror. Very Satanic. Good post.

You don't need any religious answer; no intervention by God or the Devil. The reason is simple: Islam hates Western ("Christendom") civilization and wants to destroy and replace it. Western leftists hate Western civilization and wants to destroy and replace it. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

I have to state the obvious here. We don't have just one unlikely marriage with Islam. We are polygamists. The Democratic party has a large diverse coalition so we have Christians, Jews, Muslims as well as agnostics and atheists as spouses. It is always going to be a challenge getting us all on the same page with respect to aid for Israel, the Palestinian dilemma.

And that is ok. We can handle disparate views on some specific and thorny questions like those above.

Today, large parts of the left obediently follow the path forged by Soviet disinformation and aggressive propaganda. That's why Muslims are seen as victims of Western imperialism by many on the left and even the most atrocious forms of Islamic fundamentalism are embraced as "cultural values" by the radical left (unless, of course, those fundamentalists happen to be US allies, as is the case with Saudi Arabia).
