A good, if a bit campy, movie.

    It's on Netflix.

Great show! I watched all the episodes up to this season on Netflix, before it started. What's with there only being 3 episodes left though??? It just started! That makes me mad. I think glen and the woman who lost her daughter are going to get together.

I also think Shane is right about just everything.

i watched it since the beginnin and up until 2 weeks ago i about gave up on it. the first season was straight kick ass, good mixture of everything with the drama and action. then came season 2 with the first 6 episodes being nothing but boring cry baby bullcrap and the lead guy kissing Herschels ass.

then it really pissed me off after the season 2 break and they started things off AGAIN with more cry baby boring talking, but then a week later we got to see action again and it doesnt look to slow down anymore so im sticking with it.

but i swear if they start back again with people just sitting around and either complaining or feeling sorry for themselves, lack of any action or anything im gonna tell the series goodbye because i dont wanna waste my time for something i can see on LMN.

I am a fan of zombie movies/ books so I was very excited for this series. The show is sometimes cheesy but very watchable. I didn't really like the second season, but the last 10 seconds of the last episode made up for it.

If you like zombie movies I would agree with patriot's wife the dawn of the dead remake is the best out there presently. I am keeping an eye out for World War Z the movie which is supposed to get released this year.

Do you mean "the woman who lost her daughter"(Carol) is gonna hook up with Daryl? Because Glenn(the "Oriental boy") is hooked up with Maggie, one of the farmers daughters.
I don't think Shane is right about everything, but I don't view him as a real bad guy, as some do. I think he's determined that he ain't gonna get eaten by one of those things, no matter what. Although as of the last episode, it does seem he's becoming a bit unhinged.

IMO, a TV show isn't worth watching, if you don't care about the characters.

    Very good point...

If it were only about the zombies, which get killed pretty much every episode, interest would've died in the first season...

The character development is what keeps the show interesting...

I see you're at the age where you go for your spectacles to read the dinner menu...

Barker. (why is he always so miserable)

Looks much better with a bucket on his head...

Yep, I'm a fan. Watched every episode. :dead:

What are the "webisodes" about? Do they add to the story?

Here are the "Webisodes" .They are found online. They haven't been on TV, as far as I know.

Oh, you need to watch them in order, ie. Episode 1, Episode 2, etc.

Do you remember the "half-a-walker" in the very 1st episode that Rick came across that was dragging itself along on the ground? The 'webisodes" tell the story of how that person ended up that way. I thought they were very good, scary as all heck.

Thank you. It doesn't work for me. The videos don't boot up.

I wonder if anyone else in UK can say if they able to view them?

I did yes. I clicked on your link. I can get to the page where the video should open, but it doesn't open.

I found another place where I think I can open them. The first video I looked at was a woman in a car waking up after an accident and her car is empty. She starts to try to get out of her seat belt and then....I turned it off because I was home alone and the reviews say it's too scary for fluffy little females like me. :bounce:

Lifeforce was the best 'zombie' film. Not for the naked space vampire, but because it predicted Nick Clegg.

Watch Lifeforce. He's the offspring from the vampires. The infection spreads quickly. Through student and the middle classes, they're sucked dry

Appealing as that sounds, is it one of those strange perverted films I don't (want to) get? A kick in the shirt away from Hentai? Or does it have some merit for normals?

Ok, I will watch it, but you're for it if it's a bad referral

I did court a girl with thick ankles after taking her to watch it. But that has nothing to do with the art! Disappointing ending on both accounts though

Are you sure? It's not Glen, but Darryl who will likely hook up with Sofia's mom.

I wouldn't mind being in the middle of a Rick/Shane sandwich. Darn you, Lori :frustrated:

Yep, you found the 1st one. I jumped out of my chair because of one scene, so I can't say I blame you for wanting someone to be home.
