I'm curious as to why everyone isn't asking for the immediate firing of the police officers associated with this case and the judge that illegally authorized a search warrant based upon a picture on a Facebook page of a child holding a rifle. First, I would ask why ANYONE even uses Facebook as it is an identity theft haven and completely useless. However, given that there are brainwashed species in the USA that require some form of social recognition, they should not be stricken of their civil liberties. WHO CARES IF THE PERSON WASN'T CHARGED? The ACTION was illegal.

 

Weird. I got my .22 Savage Stevens when I was 8. It was passed down by my Dad to me and he got it when he was 5 in 1944. I gave it to my daughter when she was 8 in 1997 and nobody (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ed.

 

Sorry about quoting myself, but it's a single shot kid's rifle. It doesn't automatically (*)(*)(*)(*) and you have to pull a cocking mechinism back after you bolt load a sing shot. It's small, but one heck of a squirrel rifle if you are a small person.

Moore was not home at the time, but his wife welcomed the officers and the child welfare agents into the home. She did not have access to the home's gun safe so she called her husband.

DiGregorio said that interaction between Moore's wife and police was extremely cordial.

Moore arrived a short time later at which point the situation began to escalate, according to DiGregorio, with Moore telling officers and the DCF agent to leave his home.

The DCF caseworkers and the police left the home after Moore asked if they had a warrant to search his house, the chief said.

DiGregorio added that Moore appeared to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the search, but said he was not charged with any offenses.

He added that Moore called the investigating sergeant later in the evening to apologize for his behavior during the investigation.

DiGregorio said as far as the department is concerned, the case is closed unless more information comes forward.

Huge anti civil liberties leaps here. Alcohol?, WHY were they there in the first place? Because an incompetent judge and corrupt police officers executed an illegal search based upon a vindictive rat? 3. Nothing happened. The wife let them in. Asked some questions, and when asked to leave, they left. Nothing illegal happened.

 

Yes, an illegal action occurred. Police officers executed a search warrant illegally and a judge authorized it. THEY MUST BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. They are not aware or cognizant of the laws they are sworn to uphold.

 

Really? Being let in by the wife is a crime, asking questions she didn't have to answer is a crime? Or how about leaving when asked?

You are ignoring the hour long standoff of the guy on the phone with his lawyer mediating the event. I assume that you love the Nazi Germany lifestyle in the 1930's as you appear to have voted for Obama. I do not love that lifestyle. I am openly hostile to any infringement on my civil liberties and I am really concerned if some nitwit does the same thing to me. There was obviously no unlawful act commited by law enforcement. You do not need a search warrant if the resident allows entry. The wife had just as much right to allow it as her whackjob husband to deny it. Too bad for beer-breath that she was there.

I question his judgement and his fitness to be a firearms instructor.

I would also like to see what else was on that Facebook page. The idiot could be a prepper, and the fewer of those fools rearing children, the better for the country. Just ask anyone from Sandy Hook.

 

No. It was wrong and based on unverified information. Why sho up at all if no laws were being broken. If a law had been broken, then they would have had some footing, but with the way the Police State is advancing, it is always neccessary for Free Men to challange unfounded authority.

Police in America use tazers on children, old women etc. they beat the (*)(*)(*)(*) out of people shackled up, shoot and kill unarmed people, destroy cameras when people try to film them and their crimes, threaten, bully, intimidate, make arbitrary and baseless arrests, violate each and every right under the sun.

And the worst part? They GET AWAY WITH IT. Back in the day, cops who stepped out of line were liable to lose their careers or even go to jail.

Nowadays, like soldiers, politicians, bankers etc. they enjoy nearly universal freedom to do whatever they want and get away with it..

Why? Because you are ALREADY living in a police state.

 

I wish all these people who think we are living in a police state could be transferred for a week to a real police state and maybe they will lose their commando attitude.
