How are we supposed to take this seriously when, while both parties do it, the Democrats judge shop like crazy. What about the cake baker lawsuit that so many were up in arms about, do you know that they shopped for like 100 cake shops to PURPOSEFULLY find one that wouldn't sell to them?

The shooting victims are suing MGM. That's an abuse of the legal system. Its nothing more than a money grab.

So turn about is fair play. MGM can sue the "victims".

 

Victims families are wanting to fault the hotel for this. The lawsuit by Mandalay has bad optics but I agree with them. You can't blame a hotel for a crazy that wants to pop off rounds.
