These are state judges who are expunging criminal records of state crimes.

The activist judges know why they are expunging someones criminal records but being state judges they have no say so in federal issues.

This is all done behind closed doors in the judges chambers, just the judge and the lawyer representing the criminal alien.

In 1986 the NIS and the DOJ admitted that 40% of the 3 million illegal aliens who were awarded amnesty did so through fraud.
Many believe it was closer to 60 % who committed fraud to be awarded amnesty.

The Democrats and the "Gang of Six" proposal that they presented to President Trump on Thursday, January 11th that Trump rejected went beyond the dreamers but would also include amnesty for the parents who brought their children illegally across the border.

So we are talking not about 700,000 illegal alien dreamers but an additional 1 1/2 million parents who were the original criminals being awarded for violating America's sovereignty and breaking our laws.

While at the same time sitting in Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Shumers desk is amnesty # 9, a blanket amnesty for all 3.6 million illegal alien dreamers who didn't sign up for DACA protection. I'm sure that amnesty also includes their parents.

I'm sure there's an amnesty #10 out there to cover the other 8 or 10 or 15 million illegal aliens ()undocumented Democrats) out there.

 

So your writing about amnesty for 3.6 million not 800,000 that were originally brought to America. Unlike the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, or the subsequent 1996 law that Democrats imposed without plugging the obvious holes in the law(s) Congress is looked to improve the law and give 800,000 a path to citizenship, not amnesty, while closing the border using walls, and technology. I grant you that walls and technology cannot stop all the smuggling and illegal entrance into America, but they can certainly slow things down for a while. The Israeli's have proven that.
Proposed Bills have suggested that beside proving that that were brought to America as children, they would also be required to pay back taxes due, have no criminal records, make an admission of guilt, read and write English and if over the age of 18 years of age have a High School diploma or a GED equivalent. Then there is a minimum of a two years waiting period before they can begin the process of citizenship. Those at or above the age of consent may volunteer for military service and speed their citizenship process. Chain migration would not be included in fact specifically denied with the proposal.
Obviously the Durbin-Graham proposal did not include any of these requirements.
The proposed 2018 Immigration Reform Bill would also address and up date other immigration issues that affect European, Middle Eastern and Asian countries too.

 

IT ISN'T AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS WHO CAME HERE AS ADULTS. Its for VETTED 800,000 kids of those illegals who by any definition you want to establish are exactly the kind of immigrants america needs and wants. its a pathway to citizenship for them.
