Cohen's sentencing memo just covers the 8 counts from the SDNY and the Mueller charge of lying about Moscow project... Nowhere was he required to address Trump colluding with the Russians, although if you put your brain to work, lying about the Moscow project certainly could be taken as an indicator Trump was working with the Russians through a lot of the campaign. Not collusion per se, just run-of-the-mill Trump lying.....

Mueller didn't say Cohen is a liar... he PROVED he's a liar by getting him to admit he lied.... you know, like a prosecutor is supposed to do...

Neither woman Trump illegally paid off for the purposes of influencing the election was a hooker...

According to the sentencing agreement, Cohen is the only one who lied about the Moscow project. His statement is clear that neither Trump or anyone associated with Trump to include his family knew anything about Cohens conversations with Russia on the Moscow project. It isn't an indicator of anything but Cohen lying to the Mueller team.

Since Cohens testimony is a flop, and the FBI's wire taps of Trump tower during the campaign have nothing, where are you going to find Trump-Russia Moscow hotel conversations?

That is why we pay for law enforcement, from the cop on the beat, and the FBI through the DA's office and the Special Counsel Mueller. Trump ought not be considering commuting or pardoning anyone connected with Mueller's probe into his administration. Its not supposed to be a reward for 'loyal behavior ' during the investigation.

    3. "To be clear: Cohen does not have a cooperation agreement and is not receiving a Section 5K1.1 letter either from this Office or the SCO, and therefore is not properly described as a “cooperating witness,” as that term is commonly used in this District."

    4. "As set forth in the submission being filed by the SCO in 18 Cr. 850 (WHP), this Office understands that the information provided by Cohen to the SCO was ultimately credible and useful to its ongoing investigation."

Nothing like sentencing ones self, since he was the instigator and fully complicit in Cohen's crimes??

Can't disagree with you there. But, he figured out how to win the election. Hope the Democrats have a good plan besides whining and buying into the Trump hate game.
