He created it? Umm, no. He inherited it. Then his incompetence wrecked it.

    Vote harder then.
Also try to persuade others to vote like you because right now you are in the minority.

If you truly care about democracy then accept the results of a free and fair election and stop supporting Trump's violent coup attempt.

Exactly, remember that acceptance doesn't mean abdication, You can still advocate your positions and viewpoints and argue for them in the accepted democratic way. What i dislike about Trumpers is they have tried to overturn the election by violence and think that is perfectly all right.,

That is true. It came from Trump's fantasy of wishful thinking.

First, we will see who is in the minority come 2022 midterms. What makes you think I did not support the results of the 2020 election? But, so far, it pales in comparison to the left not accepting the results of the 2016 election, which the left are still not accepting even after 5 years and even after Biden won in 2020. What violent coup attempt are you referring to? I don't know of any.

LOL. Funny how your side seems to think anyone who isn't part of your collective can't think for themselves or be an "Independent Thinker". To be an "Independent Thinker" I have to think your same thoughts.

Of course. It tells me the public hated Trump's personality. They appear to hate Biden's personality as well. Nice job, voters.

I have never seen "the left" calling for the 2016 election to be decertified or otherwise carrying on the way Trump and his cultists do. This is false equivalence at best.

Heh, if you would have read the article, you would know it's not her opinion. Weird that you would actually look her up but not read the content of the article.

In any case, the point was to invalidate your post #134.

    Mission Accomplished.

I'm certainly terrified that he'd try to overturn our Constitutional democracy again, and this time with more allies helping him.

I'll predict right now that if he isn't barred from running again, he will do so in 2024, he will get the nomination, and he will either win with the help of RINO officials in certain high places in swing states where certain undemocratic laws also have been or will be enacted sometime between 2020 and 2024, or he will lose again, go on incite more violence among his adoring cult, and try to return to power by even more authoritarian means than his attempt to steal the 2020 election.

They should have also hated Trump's dishonesty as well.

Trump was the most open president I can remember. Too open, I think. He wore his heart on his sleeve and let his thoughts go to his mouth.

I can't disagree, however it was the quality of those thoughts that led to his downfall.

The Democrats spent 4+ years stirring the pot of angst and anger, screaming impeachment before he even took office. The usual calls for abolishment of the Electoral College that comes like clockwork from election losers. While Trump was a mega-twit all on his own, the media lost all credibility with the majority of people who had two brain cells to rub together with the pathetic grabs at headlines littered with fallacies, that had to later be retracted. Did you notice how much of their 'headlines' were done by Op/Ed? That's so the publisher/Editor could disclaim responsibility for fact check before publication.

The Republican carry-on about election validity has grown wearisome, they aren't doing themselves any favors. I don't believe that Trump would be the candidate, my concern is that misguided Republicans would push for a younger version....

Oh please, we had over four years of it. Started off with Jill Stein demanding recounts when she had virtually no chance of winning. Democrats were trying to get electors to be unfaithful. Many on the left refused to go to the inauguration (he's not the legitimate president), and then they tried every trick in the book to get Trump out, including Russian Collusion hoaxes, the 25th amendment, and phony impeachments.

So, you are afraid that Trump could actually win. Therefore, he must be eliminated from running.
