    Dopey Donald Trump is losing the latest cases. He will lose this.

    When he loses it will signal that all Trump's NDAs have no authority by precedent in law.

    NDAs are not sacrosanct and can be overturned in court purely on the basis of whether exposure of the facts subject to litigation is in the public interest.

    Exactly. But trump supporters will ask “then where’s the video?” as if the American media (or even FBI) had direct access to top secret FSB servers.


    To be clear, I’m not saying I think there’s a pee tape. I’m saying the FSB almost certainly has a tape of trump in a hotel room in Moscow. What’s on it will depend on what he did in the room. Could be nothing. Could be him jerking off while watching a rerun of Gilligan’s Island. Could involve hookers and pee. Could be anything.

    But whatever he did, the FSB recorded it.
