Actually good news, think of all the taxpayer money we can now save not having to pay for Trump's million dollar golf junkets to Florida. Wonder if Mexico paid for it?

"Can you believe that, with all of the problems and difficulties facing the U.S., President Obama spent the day playing golf. Worse than Carter" - D. Trump, Oct 13, 2014

Here is that fake news. He didn't install it, he upgraded Obama's simulator. And it looks like he paid for it out of his own pocket. So what is the issue?

I don't really have an issue with presidents golfing as long as the number is within reason. Obama averaged 41 rounds a year. That is slightly less than once a week. Presidents don't really get weekends so I think they fit it in their schedule it seems reasonable. Once a week does not bother me but if I tried it my wife would kill me. I figure if Michelle is OK with it, he can spend his down time anyway he likes. President Trump is older than Obama so probably need more down time to get those creative juices flowing again. If people have issues with it they should just set a age limit on seniors running for office. People are going to expect 70 year olds to have more physical limitations than someone in their 40s.

First off, no one said it was issue, well, rather you did, and second, no one complained about it, actually, quite the opposite, as I said it might save the American taxpayer millions

Your quest to label anything you don't like as "fake news" was exposed on that one

As I just explained to your comrade above, no one said it was issue, and secondly, no one complained about it, actually, quite the opposite, as I said it might save the American taxpayer millions from the President who said he would never have time to play golf

    Want to try again?

Now do you have an issue with a President who has played golf 170 times in two years, frequently having to fly to Florida at a million dollars a pop for the American taxpayer each time, and who not only criticized the prior President for playing golf but promised and swore that he wouldn't be playing golf when he was elected President?

Might not be an issue, but sure as hell you have to recognize the hypocrisy and the gullibility of those that believe what he says

Just goes to show that it doesn't matter what he does; people are hungry for anti-Trump baby food. Maybe you will get lucky and there will be a piece of tissue stuck to his shoe tomorrow.

Who is worrying, just using it to point out the anxious gullibility of the right who would believe anything Trump said, luckily, the rest of America doesn't

You have a point there. He lies like a politician. Its a wonder that people still fall for the lies of politicians. I can keep my doctor and Mexico will pay for it!

But it is your man Trump who has set Olympian records for flat out lying, and he knew from the jump that lemmings on the right would swallow anything he fed them

Ah, but no politician, none, has even come close to the flat out lying Trump does, even been caught lying two or three times in the same thought, them are herculean records there, exact reason he has just about zero credibility with the American public, outside of the lemmings that is

Glad he paid for it with his own money.

Unfortunate because now it'll be more difficult to track his time away to play golf when he can stay in the WH under 'Executive Time' and continue to play.

It is 992 miles one way to Mar A Lago. So how do you calculate it costs a million dollars a pop?

This is a good lesson for you when you claim things done by the Feds are cheaply done. Imagine if a round trip flight costs a million dollars, what it costs when Nancy Pelosi flies all the way to San Francisco?

When Bush was the president, she was flying all expenses paid by taxpayers weekly i am told.

By your calculations it might render to about 3 million dollars per trip.

Oh, I guess then a guy who promised not to play golf, would be too busy to play golf, but has done it over 180 times in two years wasn't lying, got it, and you probably believed there were another million and a half people who attended Trump's Inauguration that the media didn't report

As I said, he knew how to play lemmings as yourself the day he descended on the escalator

When the President travels it includes the operating expenses of his aircraft, supporting aircraft, the Coast Guard, travel expenses for an entourage of personnel to include lodging, means, rental cars, etc. Air Force One alone costs close to over hundred thousands dollar an hour to fly (https://fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/RS21835.pdf)

Pelosi doesn't fly to San Francisco the number of times Trump books DC to play golf, nor does she require all the supporting staff that a President would require

Democrat pols are all about saving tax money. ;-)

"WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Donald Trump remained in D.C. this weekend as the federal government’s partial shutdown became the longest in U.S. history. The Trumpster indicated his willingness to continue talks over the border wall funding impasse.

At least 30 congressional Democrats demonstrated how disinterested they were in talking by taking off for Puerto Rico along with a small army of lobbyists."

SAVE JERSEY, Menendez spends shutdown partying with lobbyists, ‘Hamilton’ cast in Puerto Rico, January 12, 2019.
