You vote by mail, and then you go to a polling place and vote again, and you are committing voter fraud.

For example, in Florida statute 104.18 says: "...whoever willfully votes more than one ballot at any election commits a felony of the third degree...," And that means a prison term of no more than five years and/or a $5,000 fine.

All this BS reminds me of the "some fine people" bruhaha.
Some stricken with severe TDS hang on every word their president says and their going through life with no sense of humor makes getting through the day very difficult.

Obama said that illegals voting would not be deported, ergo he tried as best he could to promote illegals voting.
The question was simple. Obama could have alternatively responded by saying that illegals who vote would be prosecuted. He didn't.

 

It looks to me like he’s talking about Rodriguez specifically. She asks, “Will they come for MY family and deport us?”

Obama says, “No, because when you vote, you are a citizen yourself.” He even invoked the phrase “you, yourself” to bring home the fact that he talking specifically about Rodriguez.

And you act like Obama has the added responsibility of addressing questions that were never asked. He could have also warned minors to stay away from the polls, too, if he really wanted to address all aspects of voter restrictions. So what?

 

Nah, any objective person can hear what Obama said and that he was talking in general. Besides, he had the perfect opportunity to point out that illegals can't vote, and he folded.
