Uh-Oh. You are asking them to think logically!

    How Obama wiretapped Trump Tower
    .
DCWhispers has breaking news: "Loretta Lynch Ordered Illegal Wiretap Against Trump Campaign."

The irony of last week's Big Leak on Don Jr. (likely by Robert Mueller) is that it is helping reveal that the real criminal activity was by the Democratic Party.

Lying Loretta Lynch sought a secret warrant to wiretap Team Trump in June 2016. The federal court turned her request down. Now DC Whispers reported the Administration wiretapped anyway -- just like President Trump said on March 4.

    Yuge! Bigly! Felony?

    From DCWhispers:
The sting operation was put in place via a Russian attorney/operative named Natalia "honeypot" Veselnitskaya whose social media history marks her as an adamant anti-Trumper and who was granted a special exemption to travel into the United States by the Obama Department of 'Justice'.

The sting was further facilitated by a Russian-born American citizen named Rinat Akhmetshin who was granted citizenship during the Obama era and who as as D.C. lobbyist is well-connected to the D.C. political establishment and is said to have been instrumental in the creation of an anti-Trump dossier Trump’s political opponents were preparing to use against him during the campaign. (And then sought out and turned over to the FBI by anti-Trumper John McCain – see related story HERE )

It appears that once Veselnitskaya received confirmation she would be granted an audience with Donald Trump Jr. and other members of the Trump campaign, Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch ordered an illegal recording of that meeting. They set Don Jr. up. Obama trapped Donald Jr. to justify spying on Trump. This is not difficult to figure out.

But proving it fell upon Jack Posobiec.

    From Jack Posobiec
    :

Today, Fusion GPS employee Rinat Akhmetshin today confirmed his attendance at a meeting with Donald Trump Jr, Paul Manafort, and Jared Kushner along with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya. Accusations have arisen that the meeting was part of a wider setup to achieve a FISA warrant to wiretap phones of the Trump campaign during 2016. President Trump himself has accused the FBI under Loretta Lynch of wiretapping his campaign. Now, a former Trump campaign official reports that Paul Manafort’s phone was subject to FISA wiretap during the infamous meeting. Ah, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, which passed four years after President Nixon resigned after his team tried to wiretap DNC chairman Larry O'Brien's phone at the Watergate apartments.

FISA allows the government to legally wiretap citizens if the government says they are working with foreign spies.

Barack Obama used it to spy on Trump Tower -- and likely on other political campaigns as well.

In March, Breitbart News reported on how this worked:

    1. June 2016: FISA request. The Obama administration files a request with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) to monitor communications involving Donald Trump and several advisers. The request, uncharacteristically, is denied.

    2. July: Russia joke. Wikileaks releases emails from the Democratic National Committee that show an effort to prevent Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) from winning the presidential nomination. In a press conference, Donald Trump refers to Hillary Clinton’s own missing emails, joking: “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 e-mails that are missing.” That remark becomes the basis for accusations by Clinton and the media that Trump invited further hacking.

    3. October: Podesta emails. In October, Wikileaks releases the emails of Clinton campaign chair John Podesta, rolling out batches every day until the election, creating new mini-scandals. The Clinton campaign blames Trump and the Russians.

    4. October: FISA request. The Obama administration submits a new, narrow request to the FISA court, now focused on a computer server in Trump Tower suspected of links to Russian banks. No evidence is found — but the wiretaps continue, ostensibly for national security reasons, Andrew McCarthy at National Review later notes. The Obama administration is now monitoring an opposing presidential campaign using the high-tech surveillance powers of the federal intelligence services.
This story has been out there for months, hiding in plain sight.

If only we had a free and independent press. Instead we have a DNC propaganda machine.

March 4: "Obama wiretapped Trump Tower."

Then came The Left's Blizzard of Lies from DC.

    If Felonies were committed,
    Time must be served.

Oh yes he can he's the chief law enforcement officer. If the CIA came to him and said the FBI was in an investigation that might jeopardize a major counter-intelligence operation and they refused to stop and the President agreed with the CIA he could order the FBI to stop their investigation. If he believes someone is being unfairly investigated or investigated for political purposes he can order it stopped he is the final arbiter. Why do you think he has the power to commute sentences including the death penalty?

And so what? Well DUH they had told him there was no evidence of any collusion, asking them to present the truth to the false claims being circulated seems perfectly reasonable to me.

That Trump is now attacking Mueller continues his obvious pattern of acting as though he had something to hide.[/QUOTE]

I agree with what Bluesguy said in his post 452.

That Trump did not freeze all inquiries gives a window into Donald. Donald has a battalion of lawyers at his beck and call. The lawyers could tell him to just shut it down. The AG could resign. And it looks awful. Even Trump as did Nixon have a legal way to kill it on the spot. Use the presidential pardon. Just pardon anybody who might get prosecuted and it ends it all. Alan can explain this.

That doesn't apply to government personal when they're being recorded in an official capacity./

Check with Mueller and the FBI. They have a lot of tapes with Trump and treason. Patience grasshopper or segway to weak trolling.
