I am ecstatic that Trump refuses to concede graciously. I bet the Senate hopefuls in the runoff coming in January hope that Trump continues to pull the GOP down with his sinking ship. LOL

They would need a lucky charm for this to even reach the SCOTUS.

Congressional races aren't impacted by the presidential one. Thats an entirely different game.

So are you... there are recount requests (perfectly valid) and elections fraud lawsuits (mostly completely bogus thus far).

There's only 1 suit I've seen that has any remote legal merit and it made it to the SCOTUS without stopping counting.

Mostly completely bogus is different than all completely bogus. If some are valid should Trump not be allowed his right to question it? Would you no longer let the constitution apply to Trump?

All of the lawsuits except one have been bogus to date.... does that help your comprehension here?

Isn't one enough? Or do you have some weird threshholdbyou follow like if twenty percent are not good then toss them all out.

One is fine... It was the GOP lawsuit in Pa that the Trump campaign joined later saying the PA SCOTUS exceeded their authority to allow valid postmarked ballots to be counted after election day due to the USPS failures. Of course, this is the law almost everywhere else in the country, but states rights, huh....

Realize that this number is likely well below 3K per Pa SOS, so it cannot affect the PA counts anymore. I was a bit worried when Joe was only up by that amount, but now it's closing in on 45K.

The rest were crap, so I'm assuming that any others going forward will be as well...

Until the states are certified and the EC casts their votes for Biden on 12/14, he's welcome to waste all the time and (his) money he likes.

As I said in one or the other thread today, I'd much rather have him doing this than causing more damage to our democracy when he knows his days are numbered.

Well most don't agree with you so I am debating them. You are correct, he has until the 14 to question away and nothing to lose. Stranger things have happened so you never know.

Biden may win by fraud or by a bunch of brainwashed college students who believe everything they are told about Trump. The Democratic party actually managed to win states by small margins because of more people voting. A win is a win but it's a one off because they still lost.

The Democrats suffered a big defeat. Supreme Court is majority Republican thanks to Amy. The Senate we hold and the house we gained many seats in. Even state levels like legislater went to Republicans. Trump made huge gains and even if he is defeated its not over. I'm not giving up. I'm actually looking foward to 2022 when we extend our lead in the Senate and flip the house. They may have won a small victory but not the war.

Trump will keep fighting and he should. The Democrats don't deserve any power with all of the evil things they did and promising to end jobs like fracking and oil that keep food on the dinner table for families. They treated Trump like the worst person on the planet for 4 years and treated us Trump supporters as if we are deplorable this pushing me as as me as far right as possible.

I voted for Trump to keep Hillary out. Now it's up to us Republicans to vote party line to keep the Democrats out. I will never again think twice before voting for a Republican.

I lost my internet for awhile for a second time and took a break from political forums for a bit but not the fight. I spent the last year fighting for Trump here in Iowa. What we need to do is register as many Republicans as possible. It worked in Florida. That is how we will win the fight. We take back the brain washed voters by telling them the truth.

Biden will never be my president and after the way we were treated for 4 years we don't have to accept Biden or play nice. Not happening.

If Trump wins in the courts I will be very happy.

Well, I'm not sure about that... I would say New York certainly does, but in what other states is Trump facing potential criminal issues?

I gather his hotel issues in DC are federal problems...

Trump will lose but we won big overall. It shows there is no blue wave in the nation and the democrats were straight up rejected. 2022 will be great so its fine if they want to play president for awhile. Trump gave us the courts so his job was done anyways......it was a great election.

Why is it when Gore is brought up I never see Catherine Harris's name?

I hope he keeps fighting and never concede.

Should he concede it would actually give some people the illusion that Donny Dotard has an iota of integrity.

Comments like this should never be forgotten. The names they have for Donald Trump is sad.

These same people will probably cry when people start calling Biden names.

I won't feel sorry for Biden.

I don't think the "left" is afraid of the lawsuits, they instead view it as like a mosquito landing on an arm. So far most of the charges leveled against the democrats have been thrown out as baseless or having no merit to them. I suspect tomorrow and the next few days, the waste paper cans will be filled with rejected complaints by the RNC and their cronies.

    Great point.

Keep his mind on the Quixotic (Useless) Quest of the Impossible Task of overturning the Election.

That can keep Trump's Feeble Mind occupied...
...so then he is less likely to Pardon the Boston Bomber or Start WW3.

    Good stuff, MM.:salute:
