    So trump revokes California’s ability to set auto emissions fro vehicles in their state — a states rights issue — which they responded to with a lawsuit and now trump is making his EPA file an environmental petition to them because of “tremendous pollution being put into the ocean because they’re going through what’s called the storm sewer that’s for rainwater,”

    What a petty man

    We need to break apart our federal institutions so that they operate independently, after the DOJ, NOAA and now this trump has shown the president has too much influence over their directive.

    Trump didn't create the EPA. It isn't his. You left-wingers love the EPA and have supported it's powers to go after businesses and people. This is a taste of your own medicine.

    It absolutely is his.

    The head of the organization is opposed by and works against the staff.
    He is the former lawyer for numerous coal billionaires and actively works against the EPA mission statement.

    At least he isn’t as openly corrupt as Pruitt.

    What happened to the "States Rights" that were so important to conservatives a few years ago? Can't see them anymore from their position up Trump's ass, I guess. Sad.

    And by the way, a Republican President created the EPA back when Republicans gave a **** about the air we breath and the water we drink.

    so this is Trump's answer to his failure to address the homeless problem in America?

    my guess is the end result will be cities will be required to install public restrooms or risk being cited by the EPA...

    I wonder if Trump's EPA will require public showers too?

    he could be, when he finds out this helps the homeless with public restrooms, he may change his mind, but not a bad idea, but won't address the real problem

    California is a disgrace to America an embarrassment.

    California is America's first third world state. Medieval diseases, biblical diseases (leprosy) crumbling infrastructure, crime, gangs, drugs, corruption, balkanization, homelessness, feces, rats, illegal aliens, voter fraud, overpopulation...

    The Totalitarian Hermit State of California, one party rule and ballot harvesting too.

    California is also in a state of rebellion against the U.S. Constitution and the federal government.

    President Trump could do what President Lincoln did in 1861 when the Southern States were in a state of rebellion against the federal government...invade the South with the military.

    The homeless problem in California was a result of failed progressive policies in California. The progressives and socialists in Sacramento created the homeless problem in California. In fact liberal/progressives created the American homeless problem in America and it all started back in 1946.

    But I digress.

    The homeless problem is a local, county and state issue not the federal governments problem.

    But with the progressives and socialist in complete super control of California the homeless problem gets worse every day in California.

    President Trump sent a message last week to Sacramento, fix the problem or I'll intervene and fix the problem that you created.

    The environment seems to be a federal issue and Trump sees a way by using the EPA to clean up the mess that liberals/progressives caused.

    The Democratic progressives and the socialist own the homelessness problem in California.

    California leads the nation in their rate of homelessness, poverty rate, 3rd world diseases and wealth inequality. None of this has a thing to do with the progressives running the state who support open borders, oppose new housing construction, support massive environmental regulation on all new housing, etc....

    If I had the power in California I would close all immigration to the state from other countries for at least five years, I would reduce regulation and roadblocks to new housing and make new construction the number priority of the state. All homeless that are drug addicts would be arrested and spend several years in prison where they would go through rehab and job training, all homeless that have mental illness would be institutionalized, all homeless that are healthy but unemployed would be employed in the massive new home construction push, etc....

    The problems in California are EASILY solvable if you have a government that isn't stacked with far left fanatics. California is a case of you get what you vote for ...... in this case it is the 3rd world.
