    The administration spent the entire week trying to spin this Failure Theater into something besides the pile of crap and broken promises it clearly is. Pence was on Limbaugh trying to put down the uprising and he looked like a tool and a fool.

    Another Trump defender-free thread.

    This is the second on this subject I've put up and none of the usual suspects or frogs sez a word. That's what I expected. This Trump sell out has no defense or rejoinder. Y'all been played. Bigly.

    The reason you aren't getting response to the sackcloth and ashes is that it's not the actual budget, but interim. Rest assured the actual first Trump budget will look VERY different, and on the off chance it doesn't, I'll wail about it too. Way premature at this point though.

    Sorry, but this just looks like the usual kick the can move.

    Completely opposite of the lofty promises offered regarding how things would be run to be sure, but the bill doesn't do a thing outside of guaranteeing revisitation come September.

    WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER ... or ....whenever

    This was trotted out in the second news cycle after desperate first effort fail.

    The irony is that now that the Mar-A-Lago is closing for the season, Trump will using his resort in Bedminister, NJ as his hidey-hole. Naturally, he's taking another vacay this weekend from the rigors of not doing anything worthwhile.

    Don't see how that is the case. There is no funding for wall in the continuing resolution, but Trump intends to have that fight in September:
