Yeah, I'm quite sure reasonable people are STILL calling the majority of Americans "literal hitler". You are the problem. Do better.

Fortunately Americans don't vote for the benefit of Honduras. I think open borders were either the main reason you lost the election or the second place one.

You probably meant "sowed". But no worries, the political right only reveres the Constitution when it's convenient. Otherwise it's all fair game.

I am going to love watching the posts of the Trump haters for the next four years-and hopefully 8 years of JD Vance after that. It's the left that picks and chooses what part of the constitution they love-usually it involves faux rights such as abortion while hating enumerated rights such as gun ownership or free speech

Because of the unfair trade policies we gave China, in just 24 years they went from riding rickshaws and bikes to be the largest automotive manufacture in the world. They have the second biggest economy in the world. and in some ways the biggest. America has gone from the largest producer of world goods, to where we sell very little that the average person can use. Most of our exports are big ticket items like machinery, tool and dies, military weapons, railroad cars and engines, etc that we sell to governments and their businesses. Hardly anything the average citizen can use.

It shouldn't be any surprise that we can't compete. Our wages are much higher than China's. I'm sure benefits too. You yourself talk about wanting to buy Chinese goods because they are so cheap. Americans keep wanting higher and higher wages. You can't have both and then expect us to compete with China. But I agree, I like the Chinese people.

Putting aside the obvious irony of that statement, exit polls do not support your assertion. Bill Clinton's admonition should be amended to say, "It's the inflation, s_____." Blaming Biden for inflation may have been the most effective disinformation campaign since Benghazi.

    Who knows?

But that may underestimate the depth of his resentment and desire for retaliation after the multiple impeachments, investigations, indictments and lawsuits aimed at him. He may not go after the biggest figures, like President Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris, but allies expect him to pursue at least some of the targets he has singled out. And even if he holds back on some, his mercurial nature means that no one can assume he would not change his mind, creating an atmosphere of intimidation that may inhibit vocal dissent.

“Will Trump retaliate?” asked Gwenda Blair, a biographer of the Trump family. “Of course. The only question is how much will be broad-brush and how much will be targeted.”

“At the least,” she said, “there will be loud, highly publicized congressional investigations, special prosecutors and more than a few actual prosecutions. There will also be more quiet retaliation, in the form of tax audits, nonrenewal or cancellation of grants, programs, loans, firings and/or nonhirings.”

Are you going to love watching Trump terminate parts of the constitution like he said he wants to do, and lock up reporters and revoke broadcasting licenses?

Let's hope he will NOT do what he has said he will do.

Sorry but "reasonable people" are not calling the majority of Americans "literal hitler" whatever that means. And I'm definitely not the problem. Maybe you fear me in some way but trust me I'm quite harmless. I was referring to Donald Trump, not Americans. And he is most definitely a Hitler wannabe by his own words and position. He is the literal problem not me. I can't do better than stating the facts. Projecting the problem to me is extremely silly and reeks of cognitive dissonance. It's actually you who needs to do better if you are capable.

It is ironic that those claiming to be accepting of others are intolerant of political beliefs. The pot is calling the kettle misinformed.

I don't hold a broadcasting license, so I should be ok, - unless he fulfills his promise of terminating parts of the Constitution, which I think he can't do no matter how bad he wants it.

Don't be so sure. He has SCOTUS and absolute immunity in his back pocket. He can do whatever his fascist criminal ass wants to do. With absolute immunity there is nothing to stop him from trampling on any part of the Constitution.

Oh puleeze. I’m not happy with some of the SCOTUS decisions, but that’s been true my entire life, no matter what sort of makeup on the SCOTUS. They have shown that they are not afraid to go against Trump. They have nothing to fear from him; he can’t fire them.

Ok so they don't bend over so their noses don't reach the ground. That doesn't change anything else I posted. Not to mention he will likely install at least 2 more Trump ass kissers before his term is up.

I don't think it's a matter of courage, but rather lack of will. So far they have been quick to appease him at every turn.

Are you crying this hard over Kamala losing that you cannot read what you are replying to? I made a post about these so-called Trump supporters (which are probably lying Harris supporters) saying they regret voting for Trump is not a new thing; they did this last time Trump was elected. What does your post have to do with what I wrote. A complete non sequitur.

But while we are on those numbers, may you please put an asterisk next to Biden's? I mean, I think we all know that that election was not on the up and up. Joe Biden getting more than 15 more million votes than Obama is a joke. Harris' numbers make sense, considering population growth; Biden's does not.

The fact that it was not even close is another red flag. MAGA overplayed its hand & made it obvious.

Precincts & election workers don't need to be involved. I believe this was a high-tech hack by Elon Musk & the Russians, among others. Recall that Musk said he would be in trouble if Trump lost the election.

Agreed - and this should go without saying.

I'm dumbfounded as to why even a single person would vote for him. The Trumpers I personally know I've noticed seem to favor thugs, con men & criminals, military pride (the "kill 'em all, let God sort 'em out" mentality), authoritarians, and uber-tycoons like Elon Musk. They also express misogynist attitudes. And they avoid fact-checking the claims they see/hear on right-wing news channels & social media. The female Trumpers generally just go with who their husbands support, and/or are ignorant of Trump's history & character.

That ranks among the most absurd statements I have heard so far. It should be obvious, even to you, that the size of the win, means that more people would have to be involved and the chances of detection go up astronomically. Have you heard of a single case of voter fraud?
