Was it one of Trump's smoldering trousers that started the blaze? Trump evidently was too cheap to install sprinklers on the residential floors and is indirectly responsible for the death and the extent of the fire damage. Did Trump actually have smoke detectors installed? How many other of Trump's buildings are fire prone and unprotected? Will lawsuits result against Trump which will add to the burden of lawsuits he is already facing? http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york...-kills-man-floor-sprinklers-article-1.3920831
There’s no proof of that, but a government worker absolutely approved the no sprinkler deal. So did the fire dept. The resident who died relied on our government to protect him.
Trump government failed again. Big lawsuit? Will corrupt officials be exposed in regard to this building and other Trump buildings? Let us see how the investigation is conducted and what it finds. Watch for Michael Cohen approaching officials with a brown paper bag.
I have 6 fire extinguishers in my home - 5 type ABC positioned around the house and 1 type A/K for the kitchen. All in were talking about $300-$350 every 5 years. Its easy to be responsible for one's own safety. But unfortunately its even easier to just assume somebody else is going to show up exactly when you need them and deal with your problems for you.
Well as probability goes it would be more likely that some ANTIFA terrorist would have set the fire. But I'm not speculating, just talking probability.
Might be wise to wait and see what the medical examiner rules the cause of death as and what the fire inspector rules the origin of the fire was. Smoke kills more often than flames and not all fires can be prevented or contained by a water based sprinkler system.
It wasn't just the inspectors who failed. Trump pays maintenance staff to know fire code rules, construction codes, and to to monitor compliance. More than one party dropped the ball here. I will be interested to see how prior inspections described violations and whether they were addressed.
His name is Zadorozhny Sobolev Antonovich, Clinton campaign donor and expert witness in the Seth Rich murder investigation. Or maybe I made that up... Does it matter though? I mean unless the medical examiner comes back with a report that says "Trump used Russian hackers to set the fire" then leftist media is just going to ignore it and focus on some other TDS thing. We both know that.
I bet the fire was set by the same kind of collectivist that shows up at baseball practices and shoots up republicans. Notice all the stories about images being projected on the tower. How long till a drone sneaks in there and tries to set fire to it?
901.5.1 Occupancy. It shall be unlawful to occupy a ny portion of a build ing or structure until any required fire detection system, fire alarm system, standpipe system and fire extinguishing systems have been tested and approved. The law: https://www.ny-engineers.com/blog/when-are-sprinklers-required-in-nyc-office-buildings Automatic Sprinkler System Requirements With respect to fire protection, one of the main changes was making automatic sprinkler systems mandatory for all office buildings taller than 100 feet, and the measure was retroactive. Considering that an automatic sprinkler system can involve significant expenses and lead times in the case of large buildings, a deadline of 15 years was established: all buildings were required to complete the installation and approval of their automatic sprinkler systems by July 1, 2019, submitting a final project report. It is important to note that the requirement only applies for office buildings, and any other buildings classified under occupancy group E (business), if their height exceeds 100 feet. Partial Exceptions There are two cases where specific areas of a building can be exempt from mandatory automatic sprinklers, upon approval by the NYC Fire Department Commissioner. Interior Landmarks: Automatic sprinklers are not required in areas where their installation would involve modifications to an area designated as an Interior Landmark by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Structural Condition: If the structural condition makes automatic sprinklers unfeasible, the corresponding building areas can be waived. In both cases, additional fire protection measures may be required at the commissioner’s discretion, if considered necessary to compensate for the lack of sprinklers. Building owners facing economic hardships or other major circumstances that delay building completion can apply for a deadline extension, as long as they provide evidence of their current situation Building Conversions It is important to note that the July 1, 2019, deadline only applies for existing buildings that were already classified as occupancy group E before Local Law 26 was published. If a building from another occupancy group is converted into an office building, or any other group E occupancy, installation of the automatic sprinkler system is required immediately. In other words, the building is not approved for legal use under the new occupancy classification, unless the automatic sprinkler system is installed and approved.
