You mean the bunny slippers with the hammer and sickle on them? Got it.
Moderated do not control the party at this moment. Talieb, Occasional Cortex, Omar, along with an entire clown car of Presidential wannabees that are moving as far left as fast as they can. Tear down already constructed walls, abolish ICE, allow 16-year-olds's to vote, freeshit for everybody, and murdering children out of the womb. If you think that is moderate, at this point in time Trump looks like an old time leftie with his bump stock ban and bringing troops home from all around the world.
You alt lefties have some work to do to get your s**t in a row long before election time.
I love how alt lefties appropriate words used to describe them following their tragic landslide election loss in 2016.
"A safe space is an area on campus where students — especially but not limited to those who have endured trauma or feel marginalized — can feel comfortable talking about their experiences. This might be the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs or it could be Hillel House, but in essence, it’s a place for support and community."
"Colleges Try to Comfort Students Upset by Trump Victory
Despair over Clinton's loss prompts ‘cry-in’ at Cornell; Play-Doh for the distraught"
Lefties have been for protecting unions and supporting tariffs for decades. Check with your union bosses and get back to us.
As for immigration issues:
You only have to look to Scandinavia and Europe to see the results of sloppy immigration laws.
"UPS stops delivering to Swedish neighborhood as drivers get attacked in ‘no-go zone’ – report"
The lefties promote open borders because on one thing, future voters. Both of us know that to be a fact.
Now, who is the real "snowflake",
Are you talking about those individuals? Because they all paid more tax than you or anybody will see in wages in your life.
Or are you talking about their corporations?
So full of hate and venom.
I don't give a **** about Trump.
But... I think you need to really evaluate your level of hatred.
"I can tell you I have the support of the police, the support of the military, the support of the Bikers for Trump – I have the tough people, but they don’t play it tough — until they go to a certain point, and then it would be very bad, very bad," Trump said.
Well, tRUMP thinks he has the backing should he decide now is the time to engage in civil war. I think it's up tRUMP's alley to do so. I would also think his supporters would be fine with it.
And yet, when I say RW terrorism has risen, they say all the data is fake.
You don't have to be all that progressive (Biden, Klobuchar, O'Rourke et al) to find things that need fixing. There's lots of opportunity to rally prople to get out the vote without veering hard left. Trump has left the political middle wide open.
Maybe so. I'm unwilling to support a socialist (collectivizing production), crook (Hillary, Trump), and extreme capitalists (Trump, Ryan, Republicans who support the 'rich getting richer').
Which begs the question, why are alt-lefties so full of hate for people that have more than them? Could it be hidden jealousy, fear of personal failure, or they just plain lazy?
I am beginning to like Trumps style more and more every day.
Total baloney. There is help for early childhood education, help for job training, Title I grants, help with computer science education, funding two-years college education (more job training), Pell Grants. Is there waste? Of course.
Trump wants to cut education 10%. Do you really think the Orange Oaf will stop spending time on the golf course--more than I spend and I'm retired--and only go after bureaucratic waste?
I see. Tax collectors who take your money to pay for national defense, police, public health, and prisons for bad guys are "thugs?" Are you an anarchist who thinks government should be funded voluntarily?
Anyone care to legitimize Trump's comments? I read his comments, and just as he starts to suggest violence is not the way, he suggests violence might just happen. And as soon as he complains about free speech being trampled, he cites examples where he thinks free speech should be trampled.
I cited facts. There is a $1t deficit; there was a personal tax cut that had 85% going to people making more than $400,000; and there is a budget that proposes cuts to Medicare and education. You're running from the facts...
Yes, they do. Pelosi is Speaker, Schumer is Senate Minority Leader, etc,
They're media sh't disturbers. They don't control anything.
A nice combo of exaggeration and outright bullsh't.
Ah, the strawman payoff. Trump is the extremist on the GOP side and Sanders, Warren, Booker on the Democratic side.
I'm an alt leftist? Did you fall on your head?
I agree with the president, people opposed to the leftist agenda are tougher and often nicer then the leftist sheep
Yes. They control too much of the economy.
So what? The system is rigged to let them amass and control wealth.
I'm talking about both.
Of course you do. If he claimed that a race of purple midgets lived on Jupiter, you'd believe that, too.
You agree with Trump threating violence like Mussolini, Franco, etc?
I didn’t hear any threat of violence
A nice combo of exaggeration and outright bullsh't.
I'll say it again... my language and approach is going to reflect that of the President you support until he stops behaving like a thug. When you criticize me, I'm going to point out who you keep backing.
I'm irrelevant, Trump is important. He's a disgrace to this country.
In the The Atlantic:
"Authoritarians usually communicate their intentions clearly. Mussolini certainly did. Trump has been frank about his agenda and the groups he’ll target if he’s elected. “The crime and violence that today afflicts our nation will soon come to an end. Beginning on January 20, 2017, safety will be restored,” Trump said in accepting the Republican presidential nomination. It’s not necessary to label Trump a Fascist to discern the dangers of such rhetoric. There’s no need to see a trajectory to dictatorship to recognize that Trump is testing American decency and the strength of U.S. democracy. The history of Mussolini’s rise coincides with the fall of what had been Italy’s version of a Grand Old Party: the liberal factions that had ruled Italy from Unification onward. They never recovered from their acquiescence to the Duce. Of the many lessons the GOP can take from its experience with Trump so far, this might be the most valuable."
I don't think Americans want a dictator and Trump would badly overplay his hand if he tried a takeover. But he is pushing the limits with his rhetoric.
What can I say other than I think you're wilfully blind.
I think your just making things up...can you point out the threat in the OP?
The average state budget gets about 5% or less from the feds and federal mandates from DOE cost states far more money than the feds ever furnish. Get rid of waste isn't the presidents job. He isn't the micromanager in chief what he can do is direct agency heads to adopt methods that will eliminate waste which they ought to be doing without being told. Trouble is there is no incentive in the government to do anything that might save the tax payer a dime.
