Clinton's server was used for everything including arranging social life, a tiny number out of tens of thousands of emails marked classified which probably didn't even cross her mind, what is Trump's reason for specifically taking home selected Top Secret files

I am not speaking of the code. I am speaking of the trial and reasonable doubt. Whether there is intent explicitly written in the code is a requirement, but most jurors want to know the "why question" when a crime is allegedly committed. They want those dots connected from beginning to end. And during the trial, the prosecutor will show the intent of why Trump did what he did using the evidence. This is about trial and procedures and the nuances that experienced prosecutors know on how to convict someone. Understand now?

 

Btw it sure is interesting how you folks think he’s done for with documents that you have no idea what they were about because they were classified and that can’t be presented to the public. If you think this is going to go over with the public and they’re going to condemn trump you’re going to be highly and grossly disappointed. They’re going to destroy the Dems for it. Please explain why trump would take those documents. What was he going to do with them AFTER the federal government told him they knew he had them? Was he going to sell them? Why didn’t he just make duplicates and send the originals back? Your story and these accusations make no sense whatsoever.

He worked under Bush Jr as the United States Attorney General for the Southern District of New York during the Bush Administration. He left because of, oh I don't know, wireless searches by NSA on domestic wiretapping allegations. He then left for the private sector until the Obama Administration when the GOP Senate recommended him as the nexxt FBI Director. And he was confirmed by a vote of 93-1.

For God's sake, do some research, at least a little, before you post garbage like this.

Why don't you tell us why you think he specifically took home Top Secret files?

 

I would assert he didn’t and this is a politically motivated witch-hunt. Which is why they came up with a scheme to assert he committed a felony while conveniently not having to provide any evidence to the public because it’s supposedly classified. Over an issue which Trump had met with them multiple times in the past year. And an argument which makes NO sense whatsoever.

 

The only way that question can be explained is for Trump to be deposed by the DOJ. He can take the fifth if he wants, but that is the only way. The DOJ can also ask these sort of questions to Trump's inner circle. Right now, anyone associated with Trump who has their "hands" on these documents may be charged as accomplices, among other things.

Trump should have never taken those documents. He was briefed when he received his security clearances prior to taking office. Annually, I took recertification training on these types of documents, a CPE course if you will. It is required under law for federal employees who received and handles these types of documents, among all the other routine documents that go with the job such as work-related emails, annual reviews, and so forth. I never had access to top secret security clearance, but most of what I did was in the confidential category and occasionally secret.
