    The real derangement is in all the various calculations of minutiae in the article. If not fake news, junk news. I feel slightly less smart for reading that link, and that's why I don't usually click on anything from Bozo's WAPO, NYT or similar.

    In light of Sweeney's stated Christian fundamentalism, am really surprised we haven't seen any "Trump in Bed with Zealous Evangelical Authoritarians" dreck yet. Give it time I guess.

    This would not be anything new ? Since when has Trump not been in bed with Zealous Evangelical Authoritarians ? It does not get much more "Evangelical Authoritarian" than Pence.

    People use that phrase all the time and no one saying it believes they are actually meaning it's a mile high. It means there is a lot. I'm sure Trump said it meaning there was plenty there for everyone. More than enough.Have you been hibernating all these years where you haven't heard phrases similar that doesn't mean exactly like it sounds? Do you know what someone means when they say the have gobs of money? I pissed them off? Etc.etc. How far down the gutter do you have to get to trash someone? This crap is what I mean when I say some people can be highly educated and not have a lick of common sense.

    Is your insurance $2,500.00 cheaper? Can you keep your same doctor and plan? Where are those one million shovel ready jobs he said he had if elected? Did he have the most transparent administration of any other? Did he renegotiate NAFTA as he said he would? Did he stop no bid contracts as he said he would? Did he post all bills on the Internet before signing them as he said he would? Did he balance the budget in his first term as he said he would? Did he deport more illegals than any other administration as he said he did? Steel industry myth Obama bought into busted by PolitiFact - NWI Times,etc. Etc Did the steel companies put out as much steel under his administration as they ever did? Did he fix the VA as he said he would? Is he responsible for the low gas prices as he says he is> Did he clear lobbyist out of his administration as he said he would? Did he close Gitmo as he said he would? Did he end the Iraqi war as he said he did? Was ISIS Jr. Varsity as he said they were?

    Many of these are promises he said he'd have/do if elected.

    A person with a worldview (who happens to be the POTUS) that approximates the thought processes of a Mentally-Deranged 5-Year-Old Standing in a Pool of Gasoline Holding a Pack of Matches--could definitely be perceived as "Scary".
