By using the Dems argument then any one who said the Mueller investigation should continue would have to recuse themselves. He was asked in a panel discuss was there a way a new AG could stop it and he gave one plausible scenario.

That being said we DO need a not interim AG who if this Mueller investigation is not wrapped up by the time they get into place will call him and his deputy into their office and instruct them to give a full briefing and status report and where they are going. Rosenstein also needs to recuse himself if not resign and a new Deputy AG appointed as he was more conflicted than Sessions ever was.

 

I don't think so. Rosenstein knows he is dead meat as soon as the Mueller thing is over. He will probably resign on report day.

Was taking a look today at the 2020 Senate races... It's a different equation, as it should be R's trying to hang on to some seats. The only D seat I see as being at risk is Alabama.
