Trump's says he was not briefed on Russian bounty against American troops Not believable

    Does anyone actually believe the Trump that he was not briefed about the bounty ( offer to pay Taliban that the Russians put on the lives of American troops) by our US intelligence agencies? Why would 't he been briefed about everything else but Russia?

    Does everyone remember that the Trump refused to believe our American, as in USA Intel agaencies that the Russians had interfered with the 2016 election? No proof that they were successful but even attempted interference is ultra bad. Then the Trump takes the word of the KGB Scum Turd Putin over our American Intel agencies.

    So based on the Trump's past behavior of bowing down at the feet of Putin, Trump's ignoring what our Intel agencies tell him does anyone actually believe that our Intel agencies did not even try to brief the Trump.

    Is everyone just as livid as Inam that the POTUS has failed to respond against Russia in some way for for the fact that Russia is reported to have paid the Taliban to kill Americans.

    Does Putin have something over this POTUS that this POTUS appears to be scared schiestless of Putin?

    What's unbelievable about this story is that it's even a story. We did the same thing to Russians when they invaded Afghanistan in the the 80's. It's an understood part of the game.

    Considering that I’ve seen with my own eyes how mass media took trumps statements totally out of context, and after the impeachment circus, I prefer to know who that anonymous source is.
    Mass media killed its own credibility, so, sorry for questioning it, but I have no basis to believe this isn’t another attempt to smear Trump.

    Maybe that is the reason. Maybe intelligence was not considered reliable enough to pass on.

    if it was true that the media takes the Trump out of context why does his staff of propaganda experts need to constantly clean up after him as if he was a puppy being potty trained?

    No one smears Trump because no one needs to he soils himself like a toddler who failed potty training.

    The issue is Trump denied he was briefed Not the veracity of the report.
    Trump denied being briefed that is the title of my thread.
    A: This Fox Link says that Bolton blasts Trump's for denying he was briefed.

    B: ://www.politico.com/news/2020/06/28/john-bolton-severe. Here Bolton says that the US should consider severe measures over reports of Russian bounties if the reports are true.

    Bolton was no longer in the security job so he would not know for sure what is in those classified reports. Sure he could guess. Bolton is one detailed care guy so he will not say for sure until and unless he knew.


    Trump is not careful. POTUS T lies, exaggerates, brags, makes up stories and makes up friends who all call him "Sir".

    Exactly! The Trump either was not listening or decided he needs to wait and ask Putin if it is true. Just like the campaign interference Trump he asked Putin and Putin said no Trump said that he had no reason not to believe Putin. Trump also said that he did not know of any reason why Russia would interfere. REALLY.......Just fornicatingly unbelievable that a POTUS would take the word of a KGB Turd over his own American intelligence. Just FORNICATINGLY UNBELIEVABLE!

    The difference is that we were NOT in Afghanistan at the time and whatever incentives were offered by the US were for the Taliban. It is there where the whole Iran-Contra thing started IIRC. A perfect case example of unintended blowback.

    It the intelligence was questionable, there is a good chance he would not be briefed. They gather an incredible amount of intelligence each day. If they briefed him on every questionable source, he wouldn't have time for anything else.

    It's not so hard to believe Vlad's favorite candidate was told about the bounties and did nothing. After all, Russia interfered in our election (on his behalf) and he did nothing.
    We are talking about Trump here. The guy who sided with Putin over our intel agencies, threatened not to enforce sanctions he was forced to sign off on because Congress passed a veto-proof bill, let Russia get away with Crimea's annexation, and has made numerous statements undermining NATO much to Vlad's delight.
