I'm not pretending a damn thing. The paragraph is a reasonable request. On this forum, there are many people who love to waste time with comments that are basically non arguments, which do not move the discussion forward, Such as, lazy retorts, mindless one-liners, vacuous allegations, weasel words, loaded terms/phrases, ad homs, non sequitur, off point/off topic, rants, thought-terminating cliches, etc.

Asking for a substantive reply is fair and reasonable. That's what I like to respond to.

No one is playing 'moderator', it's a request, not a command.

And what, you can't tell the difference?

That makes sense, given the caliber of your posts on this forum.

given others constantly call you out for it, the problem is with your posts not ours.
Your constantly ignoring all of the foundations for evaluating constitutional claims gets tiring. as do the walls of noise that attempt to substitute quantity for quality

You asked for one. There were over 400,000 dead on his watch. That's a massive crime against humanity. Waddabout changes nothing about the orange criminal. Is "waddabout" supposed to be an excuse for Trump lying multiple times and admitting he was deliberately playing down Covid? Really pathetic and vomit inducing. Any irrelevant garbage you guys shovel just to try to defend the orange criminal and his indefensible handling of an epidemic.

Whoopee doo, you got a couple of friends. Meaningless point. Quite a few like, even love, what I write.
Vacuous cop out. You are tall on claims, short on arguments. All hat no cattle.

    You don't know sh*t.

Really, you don't. You brag, but where's the proof?

Anyone can make a empty claim. Anyone. But not everyone can dish up a substantive argument.

    It appears that you can't.

If that tires you, go somewhere else.

You know damn well you already know the answer, so why ask? You're not seeking clarity; you're using a loaded question to corner your opponent -- I suspect that is a cross-examination tactic (you did claim to be a 'lawyer'). But we're not in court, so how about dropping the manipulation and just stating your real point? It's called honesty.

While I do, in essence, agree with you, my take on the 9th amendment, is that, unless it is litigated and a ruling on some 'right' is stated to be a right by the USSC, such as the right to privacy, it might not have the protected status of a 'right' until there is a ruling.

I do, however, agree with you on abortion, that, until the USSC decrees a fetus to have the status of personhood, it's not murder. There is the moral argument, but for me, it's about the law, it's not murder. Is someone argues that, morally speaking, abortion is murder, I note that a lot of rich repubs said that until their young out-of-wedlock daughters or a mistress/lover got pregnant, (Scott DesJarlais, Herschel Walker) whereby they whisked her off to have an abortion. Lots of hypocrisy out there.

Provide a single piece of evidence that just one of those would not have died, if Trump had not been president.

Given that SCOTUS seized the power to "interpret" the Constitution, SCOTUS can rule anything it wants, including that breathing is actually not a right, so you would be correct. Reality is in a just world where SCOTUS sticks to Article III powers, a right is anything that does not violate the protected rights of anyone else, period, end of story.

Of course the hypocrisy oozes. SCOTUS should never have that power. Personhood should be determined by the consensus of a panel of scientific experts unencumbered by any religion.

Digging for some non sequitur to try defend the indefensible are we? Nothing is going to change the fact that criminal Trump lied over and over again and admitted to downplaying the severity of the pandemic for his own perceived benefit. As opposed to facing its reality and given his position as POTUS, acting responsibly to try to mitigate it. That would likely have saved many lives. That is in fact all the evidence you need that Trump was responsible for many deaths due to Covid.

Your messiah does not care about you, he just wants your vote. He told you that to your face.

well if you want to blame Trump for Covid even those Biden's Chinese Allies were mainly responsible for it, we will happily blame Harris for the floods and destruction

unlike COVID, there is a well established proper government response to a natural disaster like a flood and it doesn't involve hobnobbing with elite millionaires in California while people are drowning

Rape babies were a lot less common then for several reason not the least of which is that there tended to not be repeat offenders in that category.

The Leftists want to abolish the Constitution. It's the biggest obstacle to their tyrannical control of the nation.

yeah you see steaming piles of manure such as Graven Nuisance of Kamalafornia who wants to add a gun control amendment to the constitution. the last amendment that was designed to restrict the rights of the citizens, worked out really well

The OP is as per usual a bag of sour grapes. He detests the court not because it is anymore corrupt than it has ever been. there is zero evidence that Justice Thomas, who has one of the most consistent records ever seen on the court has ever changes a decision based on out side influence. The Problem is two fold first Justice Thomas is a staunch conservative, and worse from the perspective of his detractors on the left he is black which in there world means he is supposed to be a full blown statist ass clown deciding not on the basis of the constitution but on the basis of what yields the most power to the federal bureaucracy and thereby most limits the power of the individual to see to his own wants and needs.

To be sure, NARAL has said that rape incest and the mothers life and health account for a 'staggering' 8% of all abortions. And please abortions for those reasons were legal in 35 out of fifty states before Roe.

You are not required to waste your time answering anything, though it would be nice if once in a while you'd actually answer something rather than throw out your usual lame ass dodges.

The OP author wants to get rid of the second amendment and thinks incorporation of the second is awful. He wants states to be able to ban handguns and firearms he doesn't understand ("assault weapons") the very concept of federalism is extremely troubling to those who want an all controlling leftwing authoritarian centralized government

Another non sequitur. Trump didn't cause Covid. You just can't face the fact that Trump's (lack of) response to Covid was deliberate by his own words and criminal.

So you think Trump is a "leftist"? He wants to abolish the Constitution.
