With the growth of the internet there has been a rise in scams, false advertising “Greenwashing” and most concerning - conspiracy theory selling. it has reached the level where “truth is negotiable” and it is not just politics General advertising - how often have you heard “Big Pharma does not want this secret to get out”. This Nobel winning scientist in a field (that has nothing to do with what we are advertising ) is in big trouble for letting this secret out” Should we look at some form of international standard for truth in advertising?
