But none of those police have a knee the the protestors backs or back of rather neck. Oooopsie seems our police are doing it wrong!
Lol he's got the guy in a chokehold. This is why I refer to Australia as China Jr. Its pretty much already there.
Some “chokehold” there is clear space between his arm and the protestors neck Now despite what has been falsely reported in American right wing media this is not much different from the BLM protests and a lot more peaceful https://www.9news.com.au/national/c...elbourne/f3c51ad2-5fde-4d15-a4d9-5bf6ece1d0c3 https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-09...-lockdown-protests-injured-officers/100474300
Probably this? I never, ever 'got' The Simpsons, and this episode did not alter my level of understanding of the show. Oh well. Each to their own.
Oh puhleeze... Don't give me that crap. You can use that double speak with your government but it won't play with me. You're using a loophole in your laws in order to accomplish what you can't do openly. And you tried to use that as an excuse to claim that you can get a gun for defense in order to try and obfuscate my claim about not being able to get a gun for self defense. But you can't. Not officially at least. But apparently you can if you lie to the government and use a loophole.
Then I'm sure you'd have no problem dropping the shooting range angle and telling your government straight up that you want that gun for self defense...right? ......
You are falling for that spin real hard. So they are just playing together, some good ole aussie wrestling?
Sure, if I am asked. I will also add that I obtained and have it legally, and they will say, "Okay Bush Lawyer. Let's have a beer."
Not at all. The Cops are doing their job against a mob of far kwits defying the Law. Guess what, the far kwits came second, ey? Then they go crying to Mummaaah Cuddle Bear. Cry me a river.
If you're asked....and from the tone of your post....only after you have gotten the permission that was based on something other then the truth....which will no doubt be after you've already used it in self defense....not before huh? In other words you would not attempt to get the gun solely on the basis of self defense because you know what thier response would be. A big fat no.
Considering there have been more police injuries than protestor injuries then I think that says something don’t you?
Well since most mainland Aussies do like to “have a go” at the Tasmanians I can’t say much about this except - if you are trying to make a point you seem to be missing the mark big time
Gee Kal, you seem to have a lot of trouble understanding simple English. Must be my Aussie accent, especially given you reckon you sense a 'tone' in words on a flat screen. I want the gun. I join the SSAA, I go to a safety lesson, I get licence to buy, I buy. I keep it at home. All 100% legal. What happens after that is also subject to Law.
~ Sad about Australia selling out their own people to benefit the very few. Seems Morrison will be the chicken to lay the egg. Oz citizens got so engrossed bashing the USA/Trimp they did not notice their own land slipping away ... "Who pulled the plug ?! I wasn't watching... "
Yep! Sad that our Covid death rate is 50 times lower than Florida's. Bet DeSantis & Co didn't mention that
And all without telling them your true motive. That you want the gun for self defense. You know what would happen if you did. Just admit it.
Jayzuz......I am not required to tell 'them" my basic motive. All I have to do is comply with the Law. What part of that is beyond your comprehension capacity? Is it so instilled in you that Australia makes it impossible for anyone to get their hands on a gun? We can, and I will. I have been trying to work out an appropriate analogy which applies to the USA. Maybe this one. Do you reckon that if you walked into a USA gun retailer and said you want to buy a gun to assassinate POTUS, the retailer would sell it to you? Or, if you walked in and said, 'Nice gun. I'll buy.'
