    We cannot do that.
But we can do what I listed above.

The US presented evidence in a very blurry photo that no one knows for sure what it is. But look, if we said it's Iran, then it's Iran.

Why? Because we said it. Finito!

This only crushs USA in the end.

China already develops its own mobilephone system. Beside that, the EU will in no way follow such sanctions. Not under Trump.

Trumpistan barely is able to choke Iran. It could have been posisble under president more friendly with american allies.

And then there's this from the ship's owner:

Yutaka Katada, president of Kokuka Sangyo, told reporters on Friday that sailors on board the ill-fated oil tanker observed “flying objects” just before the incident in which the ship caught fire and was badly damaged. The giant vessel was hit twice, first near the engine room and then on its starboard side.

He suggested that those flying objects could have been bullets, and called reports of striking a mine “false.” Both points at which the ship was damaged were above her waterline, which couldn’t be so if it had struck an underwater mine.

So you think the same Deep State CIA that attempted a soft coup against Trump attacked the tanker instead of Iran?

I wonder who's insuring the ship since they'll be paying the damages. Seems it was a warning to Japan not to buy oil from Iran since it was at the time the Japanese president was having talks in Tehran.

    I suspect Israel.

Our Navy has video evidence proving Iran did this.

I doubt that any high level US official would have the guts to order such an attack - too many witnesses.

The KSA could pull it off, but it is probably Iran trying to make their threats credible before their economy crashes and burns.

Too risky. 'Israeli clandestine operation' is essentially an oxymoron - they always end up on the evening news - with video.

IMO, the US should do nothing, but if war hawks can't resist temptation destroying the Iranian navy should be the minimum response.

A smart president would command the military to come up with a plan to decapitate the regime and neuter it's military very quickly.
If that is not an option - for whatever reason - order a stand down.

Very blurry evidence, but look if the US said Iran did it, and at the time that they were having talks with the Japanese president in Tehran, then who am I to say otherwise.

    You know-a it's Iran because I said-a it's Iran. Finito!

The motivation seems to come highest from the US as they are the ones wanting to starve the people of Iran with sanctions. Obviously Israel and it seems even more the Saud's want Iran gone but they do not carry with it the extra desire of trying to destroy any hope Iran man have with US sanctions, so I think the US has to be the top suspect.

It really is true. They can't keep their moths shut even when they are not caught on video.

You really think if they believed destroying Iran was a possibility that the US would not have done it yet?

No, I'm sorry but that is not my experience at all. Mossad is far far more intelligent that you appear to think.

Iran has worked very hard to make itself an enemy of the US. The US has worked very hard to make itself an enemy of Iran.

Odd behavior by two nations that are natural allies. IOW, war will be the likely result.

I suspected Israel because they're pretty good at these things, but maybe I'm underestimating Saudi Arabia. No doubt the US is behind it, or at least knows about it no matter who is doing the actual damage.

Israelis assassinated an Iranian asset in KSA. It was a slick operation, but the "clandestine" operators were all caught on camera and identified as Israelis on MSM all over the world. They bragged openly about hacking Iran's nuclear program and assassinating scientists. How did they deal with Black September?

Israel seems to think that its covert operations are PR events.

Trump is the only opponent of war in the USG at the moment. The DP needs to work harder to undermine him. ;-)
