Who is dumb enough to think that the better route is to stack the court until you get a majority to impose it by judicial fiat? If you have enough votes to stack the Court, and destroy it, because the next GOP majority will either undo what you did, or add twice the number you added. Why not just pass the national law that you think should be in place?

It takes 50 votes plus Kamala to end the filibuster rule. You have 50 seats. If you won't use your ability to break it for an abortion law, why use it to instead to stack, and destroy, the Court?
