Anything "Criminal" on BOTH Sides (that can actually be PROVEN) should be prosecuted.

That depends, if the 'byrules' of the organization usurp the constitution, then by god we must abide by the byrules! This report makes me sick, the abuse was far more preverse than we knew, and the justification even more gag inducing than I thought.

We don't have rights in this country, we have privileges. That can be revoked by the FBI seemingly, at any time.

NOBODY opened an investigation of a presidential campaign. NOBODY. Thats beyond fantasy.

They opened an investigation into carter page BEFORE he was with the trump campaign. HE was the target of the investigation. ANNNNDDDDDD, it was a FISA investigation which means that they could not surveil him unless he was communicating with a foreign nations (something he would.should not be doing with a US presidential CAMPAIGN)

You can only come to that unfounded conclusion if you are totally ignorant of the type of FISA request made, the TITLE I FISA is reserved for agents of foreign countries and terrorists. It allows deep investigation into anyone two steps away from Page which is an investigation into the Trump campaign by default.

It should be instructive to you that Page has never been charged with anything.

 

Texas rep John Ratcliffe just got through saying the same thing. For example, what Horowitz characterized as "errors" were in fact much worse than that (i.e., they weren't innocent mistakes), as AG Barr articulated in his own statement.

Be prepared to lose more confidence in the FBI in the weeks ahead...

 

Maybe Horowitz doesn't want to get suicided.

 

And yet we live in a Country where our POTUS is going to be impeached and there was nothing criminal found in the way the FBI began the Russia investigation.

IG's don't indict. Durham will issue any indictment and in a very rare move issued a stunning rebuke of Horowitz's statement on the precedent for the investigation. Everything else in the report is devastating for the Obama FBI and DOJ and how they abused the FISA court and an American citizen. And it is quite clear now the phony dossier was the key thing for the FISA warrants and they knew it was not a verified document and they withheld that.

 

Except they were investigating the wrong people, they should have been investigating the Clinton campaign and the DNC, the source of the phoney dossier that high officials at the FBI and DOJ used to obtain FISA warrants.

 

You think this is a fail? This is devastating for the FBI. They were obtaining FISA warrant with evidence they knew was not verified siting news reports in which THEY were the leakers of the information. This now moves to Durham's investigation which is far more broad that an IG report.

Democrat. Actually Biden is damn lucky that Barr did not indict him over that public admission.

The threat had the backing of official U.S. policy and the President, along with the majority of our western allies. Big difference. Trump was hunting for a personal favor on a back-channel that opposed what his own Administration had decided on Ukraine.

 

"Process crimes" are real crimes.

 

The president sets official U.S. policy and so it is what Trump says it is. The Left was just FINE with that under Obama but now they consider the President setting U.S. policy to be wrong? Veeeeeeeeeery interesting. No partisan politics at play there. Nope, nothing to see here folks -- aside from corrupt to the core Obama and Biden -- and so just move along and impeach Trump for NOT doing what Biden open bragged about having done. Sweet!
