The entire country knows it’s illegal to protest/intimidate judges. The entire country knows conservatives were screaming for Garland to do something. But when asked why he didn’t do anything he played dumb. He can go on a nationwide manhunt for parents he deems are domestic terrorists, but when people blatantly break the law on national TV and it’s in his own backyard he does nothing.

Tell me Garland doesn’t have an agenda and didn’t weaponized the DOJ.

    …………..

US Marshals assigned to protect Supreme Court justices’ homes following the reversal of Roe v. Wade last year were directed “not” to arrest protesters “unless absolutely necessary,” according to newly revealed documents.

Sen. Katie Britt (R-Ala.) unveiled a series of training slides used to prepare Marshals for their assignments as she grilled Attorney General Merrick Garland at a Senate Appropriations subcommittee hearing Tuesday.

The slides instructed the Marshals to “avoid, unless absolutely necessary, any criminal enforcement” involving protesters and that “making arrests and initiating prosecutions was not the goal” of their being stationed outside the residences of the court’s six conservative jurists.

OK... Garland doesn't have an agenda** and didn't weaponize the DOJ

** - Other than correcting 4 years of disgusting abuse by various and unqualified AGs

Is that all it took? Seeing that in print?

We should have done this last year... might have saved you a ton of unnecessary angst....

Why would Garland stop peaceful tourists checking out the homes of SCOTUS Justices? I'm sure Tucker will release a video of one of these peaceful tourists just walking around calmly.

Garland is scum and so is our DOJ under the Biden Administration! Dividing the country more and more and failing to do their jobs. Worthless doesn't even come close to these people.

It is the fricking law. Enforce it! Stop listening to the hateful liberal agenda.

The evidence is overwhelming the instanced are undeniable.

If you wish to ignore it, that's fine.

It's very clear the weaponization and politicization of the DOJ. In fact, it's obvious.

"No one is above the Law" :blahblah::blahblah::blahblah:
Insert a Democrat's name who said this. :above:

One thing I will say is we should be thankful we dodged the bullet and he didn't get appointed to serve on the Supreme Court.

Thanks to the whistleblower for letting us know Garland is a very deceptive DOJ.
"A whistleblower provided copies of guidelines to Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) that were given to U.S. marshals showing that deputies were highly discouraged from making arrests unless the lives of the justices of their families were in danger. A spokesperson for Britt said the source was "concerned about the attorney general’s misleading testimony before the Judiciary Committee.”

Garland is revising or making up laws as he goes. The guy is a total partisan scumbag.

No, but he’s certainly rewriting it.

The residential picketing appears to run afoul of a 1950 federal law — Title 18, Section 1507, of the U.S. Code — that makes it illegal to picket or parade outside a jurist's home “with the intent of influencing any judge.” Violations are punishable by a fine and up to a year in prison.

Seems like the protest was legal, a very chill version of an unguided tour on public property.

Sounds wildly unconstitutional. Anyone been charged with it for peaceful protest?

It wasn't. If it had been, the Marshalls wouldn't have needed to be ordered not to make arrests.

How many justices died? Family members? or did these people just exercise their 1st amendment rights peacefully? Why do you want them arrested for that?

I think there's some of that. Plus, I think the Dem's WH told him they'd let him have another glory moment if he would just do... what they ask.

So it's legal to protest and intimidate judges outside of the home?

Like the guy that showed up trying to kill one of them?
