This must stop,” State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus posted on Twitter.... 2. There is a Chinese saying, "The bad guy is always the first to sue others in court." Instead of admitting its wrongdoing, the US accuses its victim of "going from irresponsible to dangerous" instead. Perhaps, China can refer to past records of how other countries, rich or poor, big or small, standing firm in the face of US hegemony.
