Total crap! the kids can wait to cut and add after theybarev18 and can pay for it, I am not against trans at all, but I am against paying for it. and I am all for parental rights, these children can screw their lives up later, Let's have a civil debate and give the Mods a break, I do not think parents are going to go along with this how about you?

There was already a dad in Canada threatened by a judge with prison time if he did not refer to his child by its preferred gender.

Hmmm...read the article and didn't see where Guzman even mentions transitions or gender reassignment surgery. What are the payments to which you refer?

 

Remember 10-20 years ago when some people predicted this is where the "gay rights" movement was heading? Those people were right.

No. Nobody predicted this. People were predicting people marrying kids and their sisters

 

That's why this scam exists to drum up business for the sickos that do this.

I don't know what's so wrong about being a feminine boy or a masculine girl. That was okay when I was a kid and told the girls tomboys.

Now it seems people are absolutely intolerant to that.

I think such parents are making the wrong decision, but child abuse is a pretty serious thing and should be reserved for things like broken jaws and severe malnutrition. All parents make mistakes, and some are serious, but that bond is irreplaceable. Nobody should be investigated for child abuse for allowing or denying a child to undergo gender transformation. I suspect this is just a counter to what republicans have been doing, but both are inappropriate.

Not what I recall. I recall them talking about bestiality, pedophilia, and polygamy. Few saw trans coming, lol.

Not having yet looked at the article or bill, just going to point out that transitioning for a TG can range from simply presenting (which is what most early teens and younger will be limited to) all the way up to full SRS and all the stages in between. So a lot might be dependent upon what the bill defines as transitioning.

 

I think when someone is talking about 'paying for transitioning' it isn't a stretch to assume they are talking about surgery.

 

There is nothing in the article, nor bill from what I can make out, that touches on paying for a transition, so the paying thing is a straw man.
