    Well, it seems my initial suspicions were wrong. If the NYTimes is to be believed, this video is verified and it definitely looks like a missile hit the plane. ******n it Iran, why you have to make us wanna destroy you?

    they should at least man up to their mistake, instead of being a bunch of slimy bitches about it. Formal apologies to the families that lost loved ones would be nice. They knew as soon as it happened what they had done.

    Trump didn't shoot that plane out of the sky, nor did he supply the money for Iran to buy weapons which could.

    Apparently, you don't know who Soleimani is, the hundreds of American deaths he is responsible for, and the thousands of deaths in the region he has delivered. You likely don't also know that killed in the same airstrike that got Soleimani was a leader of the Iraqi Militia that attacked our Embassy (U.S. soil). You may also not know that he is directly in charge of funding/arming Hezbollah. You may also not know that he ordered the resumption of Missile and IED attacks and was responsible for the recent death of a U.S. Contractor.

    You're logic is incredibly flawed. Do you think because we are in Iraq that Iran can do whatever they want to us?

    If you kept putting graffiti on my house and finally in retribution, I flattened one of your tires on your car, then the next day in a hissy fit, you destroy the wrong car thinking it was mine. That's your fault and you would be the dumbass.

    We have known who Soleimani was for decades. No one in the White House can convince a flea why there was 'eminent danger'. Any one who knows anything about trump knows this was nothing more than his way to take the attention off his impeachment. End of story.

    Was their eminent danger when Obama took down OBL? Or was there history of violence and terror and it was only a matter of time before he struck again?

    Its not Trumps fault. Iran needed to be sent a message in response to their instigations in Iraq. He sent them a message they understand

    Its also not Obamas fault. Iran had the weaponry capable of shooting down jetliners before Obama gave them the money.

    It Iran's fault. They shot down a passenger plane. (unless someone is false flagging them, of course- its not likely, but neither can the possibility be discounted).

    One could make the argument that if we had given them more money, they could've bought better IFF equipment to avoid shooting down friendlies, just as easily as one can make the argument that its Trump fault for not nuking them off the map before they had a chance to misuse their defense systems.

    All this attempts to blame what Iran did on our political foes are transparently ridiculous.
