    Oh really.

Tell us how the state is "stricter".

If you consider a firearm to be a toy then it's no wonder you're having problems.

Toy? I take it you are not familiar with firearms and hide under your bed when Hollywood liberals use them, well, liberally in movies.

No one is threatening the Bill of Rights, none of this threatens the Bill of Rights, and refusing to follow the law is not "abiding by the Constitution"

Federal background largely filter only Federal offenses, State background checks also take into consideration violation of State and local law, plus, in most States with background checks the waiting period is longer than that of the Federal background check

Exactly, they aren't toys, but many a gun hugger treat them like they are their toys much to the detriment of others

    Give it a rest.

The government doesn't get to decide our magazines are too big or our rifles too scary looking.

Go ahead and push the issue.

And yes, refusing to turn in my legally purchased firearm that is guaranteed in the BoR is abiding by the Constitution.

The megalomaniacs will just have to go pound sand or try and take them.

No immigration laws are outlandish either yet...

We have cities all over the country willing to violate federal law.

The big difference is, one is a constitutional right, and the other is not.

What goes around comes around. Hope you bring backup when you attempt to take their guns.

    False.

NICS contains all federal records and all state records that every state can voluntarily submit.

Oh the waiting period is longer.

I guess that's great if you own zero guns already.

lol at "standard". Some of the laws they're trying to pass ban shooting ranges and karate classes. Sharing a youtube video on safe shooting practices would technically be illegal with these 'standard gun control laws' up for vote.

They did a lot of that same crap here in WA. Most of the Counties are just refusing to enforce it. Which is precisely how VA responded.

The difference is, here in WA, legislators were basically just like 'well, crap, what do we do now? *shrug*' In VA, the legislators are talking about door-to-door enforcement.

I'd be prepping for a war too.

I agree non of those laws are outlandish. But the article you used and many of your part of thr post is outlandish propaganda in conflating pro 2nd amendment people with white supremacist groups who want civil war.

No, I actually qualified on five weapons, was a "sharpshooter" on the M16, easy if you have the sun behind you, and as I just said, they aren't toys, but many a gun hugger treat them like they are their toys much to the detriment of others

    Guns are not toys.
Los Angeles is already an example of gun laws under Dem rule. Only cops, politicians, and criminals carry guns here.

Valid point, but many of the supposed pro Second Amendment people are responding in the angry and militant manner as those in Virginia

Really? They are the most popular rifle in America so it is no wonder there are many of them. They are also responsible for very few of gun deaths so banning them will really do little.

Six time Expert with two range highs. That's a cute little Sharpshooter cross you have.

People who own guns legally aren't running around committing crimes.

The moronic governments can't even keep guns out of the hands of criminals, and there's a lot more law abiding gun owning citizens than there are criminals.

You want to try to turn us into criminals ex post facto.....bring it.

Yeah that's what happens when you try to make us into felons for owning a 30 round magazine and confiscate our property that has broken no laws.

Go disarm the gangs if you want to do something productive.

Then the state of California, and by extension all individual states, have absolutely no business attempting to implement their own firearm-related restrictions.

Off topic, but if you want to go there, that is talk radio rhetoric, easy to ping pong, the right is can't get over the fact that America elected a black guy President, not once but twice, and by substantial majorities each time, get the point
