Virginia Dems Block Hearing for Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax's Rape Accusers

The situation concerning the accusations of rape against the Democratic lieutenant governor Virginia is rife with it.

As we can see, Democrats have one standard for themselves and one for conservative Supreme Court nominees:

Oh, so NOW legislators shouldn't be holding meetings, much less public meetings, on sexual allegations against public officials...

...if they're Democrats.

There's more. They're suddenly concerned that such a hearing might turn into a media circus used for partisan and political purposes!

Sorry ladies - you're not even going to get heard, much less believed.

I think Democrats should grant Justin Fairfax's accusers the same public hearing that Democrats demanded for Brett Kavanaugh's accuser.

 

I know. If you are viewed as less than tolerant, loving and peaceful they will crack your head open with a bike lock, loot and burn your buildings, and try to ruin your life. Simply put, many libs run on only emotions and the dominant emotion is hate.

Not long ago Dems were all about conducting public hearings that could easily be exploited for political purposes, now they've suddenly lost their fondness for them. I wonder why....

 

These Virginia Democrats should be watched and called out as hypocrites when they take opposing positions in the future, or called out now if they've already taken opposing positions in the past.

Likewise, anybody outraged by this who was not outraged by Trump's behavior and lack of investigation and responsibility for his behavior with women should be similarly silent or be named as the hypocrites they would most certainly be.

Sanctimonious Dems' rules only apply to others----NEVER them. What jokes they are...hopefully the people of Virginia remember this at the polls. If MSM doesn't report on it, they are hoping people forget about it.

It is astounding - not that the Democrats are doing it - but that even here, when it's insanely obvious what's going on, that the left wing media chooses to stick with their cronies in government instead of their left wing values.

 

Fairfax passed a poloygraph test, are his accusers willing to take one?

 

But is it working for them? 2019 was supposed to be the year the Dems finally tore Trump to shreds in anticipation of defeating him the following year, but a hundred days in we have seen an astonishing implosion of the Democrat Party. From the defeat of their claims of collusion, to undermining their self-appointed authority on social justice, to turning into their caucus into a legislative laughingstock, Democrats have fallen apart at every turn.

Without a doubt the wheels started coming off the cart on January 30th when Virginia Governor Ralph Northam endorsed a bill to lift all restrictions on abortion in his state and remarked that, after delivery, a discussion could ensue between a mother and her physicians on whether or not to keep the newborn infant alive.

Two days later, a photo emerged of the infanticide-defending Governor wearing either blackface or KKK costume (we still don’t know which one was him), which he proudly showed off in his graduate school yearbook. The next day he tried to moonwalk his apology back while admitting he had worn blackface on another occasion as part of a Michael Jackson costume.

That was quickly followed by accusations of sexual assault against Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax. Then the would-be heir to the throne, Attorney General Mark Herring, was also found to have worn blackface -- even though days earlier he had called for Northam to resign for doing the same! Fairfax has submitted polygraph tests, but of course those are not admissible in court for a reason. All three remain in power today a disgrace to the Democratic Party.

 

Isn’t rape a crime in Virginia? Why doesn’t someone arrest this guy. I was not aware that the Legislature was the proper venue to investigate felonies. Sounds like a political stunt hatched by his opponents to me.
