How long ago did America invade Afghanistan... 2001 so 17 years... 17 years ago and you are still crying... how long is it going to take you to move on? Are you going to yell baby killer for the next 30 years like Americans did after Vietnam? Looks like this is all you people do... bash your own military, do you really think the militaries of other countries are any better... China drives over their own citizens with tanks if they only dare to protest.

Bush should never have invaded Iraq nor Afghanistan... he did, get over it. America killed many civilians, are still killing many civilians in Syria, but hell so are the Russians, Iranians, Turks and Assad.. he is using chemical weapons... where's your outrage... or is it only for my benefit. You are playing into the hands of your enemies... buying into propaganda.

You invaded Afghanistan and we know what happened when Obama tried to withdraw. Spike in Haqqani network terrorist activities, Spring is around the corner and your military the one and same you are bashing so gleefully are probably going to sacrifice some soldiers to help stabilise Afghanistan.

Terrorism and organised crime have merged... there are many gangs in America and Hezbollah today pretty much are the drug cartels in South America. So if you think America can forget about the mess they made, run back home to hide under the bed you're wrong. The war on terror is a generational war, if you disengage you are going to look back 5 to 10 years from now and wonder wtf you were thinking, giving up territory that would have given you an advantage in this generational war.

The tears are pretty damn well dried up by now, but that doesn't mean I'm forgetting anything.

And every minute America spends in the middle east, another person decides to take up arms against America.

Recruitment for terror is not limited to the time America spends in the middle east. Not only that... the minute you started to withdraw the Taliban became stronger... AND Iran started to move in. Leaving only serves to strengthen your enemies, creating a bigger problem you may have to address in the future at a much higher cost.

Gunboat diplomacy. All the Taliban need to know is that if they stick their finger up at us, their weddings get bombed.

Their enemies get armed.Their country gets turned to **** and cave dwelling becomes a way of life. That the consequences are too high for them to seriously consider.

After 9/11 they didn't think this. I bet they do now.

Well the problem is that much of the unrest comes from Pakistan... Haqqani group. Trump has cut funding last year, I think Pakistan handed over two dozen or more militants since then but it's not nearly enough.
