Simple life destroys the body. It's called death. Walking incrementally breaks down the cartilage in joints. Even eating results in fat and protein which can be a health risk.

People's bodies die. That's what happens in life.

It's funny that you want to blame a fetus for damaging the mother, who was the party responsible for creating that life, but then mysteriously do a 180 the it's ok to damage or kill the fetus.
