Of course you do. You assume
Which of course is not a fact in evidence.
I think I may be forgiven for lightly esteeming the prompting of a guy who clearly has no idea what the hell he's talking about.

Claiming "the law" in a philosophical debate is intellectually void. Proceed if you must.
    Add some more smileys.

It's a developmental stage of the same being.
Obviously basic embryology flies right over his head

Arguing "the law" in a philosophical debate is intellectually void. Not developing a philosophical argument after that fact is pointed out to you, is doubling down on void. Congrats!

There was a time that it was legal to use children in sweatshops, march Jews into gas chambers, own African Americans like cattle, and burn witches at the cross.

Using legalities to define morality is short sighted.

Because your question is ridiculously naive and ignores the fundamental concept of law and order, including all of it's shortfalls.

But you keep on going about like you proved something. You didnt.

I asked a question, one those Anti-Choicers screaming hysterically ,"" It's MURDER, MURRRRDER I tell ye!"" can never answer.

Yes, it's a point that abortion isn't murder.

Your points bounce around like a pin ball machine.

Let's see if we have this straight.

    I oppose killing embryos.

You said why havent I reported murder.

I explained that to be murder, it has to be illegal, which it isnt but that doesnt make it moral.

And you responded with "when did I mention morality".

You didnt. Because you cant because you know you will lose that arguement.

Your perspectives on abortion are immoral. Sorry.

First of all... you need to learn how to use the quote function.

Second of all... murder is defined by laws. It cant be murder if the law doesnt make it murder.

So your question of how many people have reported murder is stupid. It isnt logical and it proves no point.

The PROBLEM is that it isnt murder by law. That's the issue that you seem too dense to understand.

However, it is immoral, something you dont want to discuss.

No, here's how it REALLY went:

a poster claimed abortion is murder.

I asked why he didn't report it.

    He didn't answer.

No pinball, just a simple question that Anti-Choicers, who claim abortion is murder, never answer.

BING BING BING YOU GOT IT!

    ABORTION IS NOT MURDER!!!!!

Uh, my question was "" if you think abortion is murder why don't you report it ?""

OHMYGOODGAWD....that's the point I'm trying to make to those who say abortion is murder..!!!

WHO is TOO DENSE to understand??????

    .

YOU brought in "morals" and ,since morals vary from person to person they are not a good basis for law, saying "I think abortion is immoral" won't, and shouldn't, be used to take away women's rights...

Many people think abortion is perfectly moral.

That poster wasn't me. So why are you attempting to equate all people that oppose abortion on the same field rather than debating on the context of their perspective?

You asked my why I didn't report it. See post #88. That was an illogical fallacy where you start flaming at anybody that doesn't agree with your ridiculous perspectives and assume that everybody believes the same thing.

You can apologize whenever. I'll wait.

So you just assumed that I held the same position and I would defend it? What are you even talking about?

Here is the problem fox. You think everybody is the same. It's your side verse the otherside, where everybody holds the exact same perspectives like they are on teams.

For christ sake, use some logic.

I never said it was murder, because murder is a legal term.

I said that it was immoral. Which it is. Which you know it is, but you have some infatuation with killing embryo's which in my opinion is sick. But I would love to hear you try to defend the morality of your perspective.

I NEVER SAID IT WAS. You said I said it was... which I didn't, and then continued to ****ing try and define my position and argue against.

No disrespect, but is there something wrong with you? Honestly?

    *rolls eyes*

Post the quote from me saying that it was murder.

LOL. So you get to tell me that I think it's murder, which I never said, and then argue against me. Good lord. Its like going in circles with you.

If you are representative of typical pro-choice liberals, I thank the great good lord I am not part of that group of crazy.

Of course morals are the basis for laws. Yes, they do vary, but pretty much everybody I know thinks that it it is wrong to steal. Thus, we have laws that you can't steal.

Morality is engrained in society and the legislative system. Abortion isn't murder, but it should be.

Many people though gassing jews in a chamber was perfectly normal, or owning another human was moral. They were on the wrong side of history. You and your positions will be too.

You should REALLY learn history before making snide little remarks that just make you look ridiculously naive and aggressive.

In the spring and summer months of 1939, a number of planners began to organize a secret killing operation targeting disabled children. They were led by Philipp Bouhler, the director of Hitler's private chancellery, and Karl Brandt, Hitler's attending physician.

On August 18, 1939, the Reich Ministry of the Interior circulated a decree requiring all physicians, nurses, and midwives to report newborn infants and children under the age of three who showed signs of severe mental or physical disability.

Under the rule of Adolf Hitler, the persecution and segregation of Jews was implemented in stages. After the Nazi Party achieved power in Germany in 1933, its state-sponsored racism led to anti-Jewish legislation, economic boycotts, and the violence of the Kristallnacht ...

... As the pogrom spread, units of the SS and Gestapo (Secret State Police), following Heydrich's instructions, arrested up to 30,000 Jewish males, and transferred most of them from local prisons to Dachau, Buchenwald, Sachsenhausen, and other concentration camps.

Significantly, Kristallnacht marks the first instance in which the Nazi regime incarcerated Jews on a massive scale simply on the basis of their ethnicity.

    Decree, State-Sponsored, Arrest....

Those are legislation and legal terms sir.

SHOW EXACTLY WHERE I SAID IT WAS MURDER....HINT: I NEVER SAID IT WAS MURDER. I HAVE NEVER SAID ANYTHING THAT STUPID.

Me? I am not the one making up stuff about what other posters said.

That is in response to my ""FoxHastings said:
Uh, my question was "" if you think abortion is murder why don't you report it ?""""""""""

NO WHERE IN THAT POST DID I SAY YOU SAID IT WAS MURDER.

Do you know what that big word "IF" means???? Do you know what a QUESTION MARK MEANS???????

I was telling you what I asked another poster who called abortion murder...goodGAWD, you weren't involved in the conversation from the start but think you know what's going on.

Your confusion is my going around in circles??? Maybe to you, the person who came into a conversation sideways and can't let go..

I speak for myself and I am glad confused people aren't part of my group..

NO, we don't have laws against stealing because it's immoral, we have laws against stealing because unchecked stealing causes disruption, harm and chaos in society

    :roflol::roflol::roll::roflol::roflol::icon_jawdrop::roflol:

SO YOU DON'T THINK ABORTION IS MURDER BUT THINK IT SHOULD BE...GEE, what a convenient flimsy Fine Line.

No, women having equal rights, the same rights every one else has, is on the good, decent, side of history.
