    When Schiff says that Trump says Ukraine hacked the election not Russia what's his supporting evidence? Or is he just assuming only one country can meddle in an election?

    Do Democrats think that the only way a president is held accountable is Impeachment? Do they think a president being voted out is them being held accountable?

    The idea that the 2020 election could be rigged is funny/ironic because when Trump himself said that in the run up to the 2016 election the democrats laughed and said there was no way our elections could be rigged. quite the change of course from the democrats huh

    All the dirt about Biden is Russian disinformation according to Schiff, so to follow that same logic further maybe Biden himself is a Russian agent doing things to cause discord in our politics?

    Or more likely Bidens just a crook who does things without thinking how it might effect him in the long term.

    That's a different question from what you asked previously.

    Trump has repeatedly and explicitly cast doubt on the notion that Russia hacked the election. He has also repeatedly and explicitly endorsed the theory that Ukraine hacked the election - indeed his reference to the "Crowdstrike Server" in the phone call with Zelensky is built on that conspiracy theory.

    When Schiff talks about what the founders thought or would think all I can picture is Schiff dressed up as John Edwards "Crossing Over" TV show.

    There is simply nobody the defense team can put out there who does this better than Schiff...

    Guy is good... I can see why the right would fear a speaker like this...

    Were it me, I'm not sure I'd let Nadler or Lofgren near the podium instead...

    It's not that "Ukraine hacked the election", it's that Crowdstrike is the only one who's examined it. Indeed, the only authoritative word on the subject. So is a copy of the server located in Ukraine or not? If not, where is it located?

    To this day, DOJ/US Government has not given us absolute proof of the central claim of the 2016 elections. Given what we do know about their ability to lie and withhold information, I don't trust them until they do.
