    This is for those who wish to discuss the House Judiciary Impeachment Hearing taking place today with multiple legal experts on whether Trump's behavior rises to the level of impeachable offense. If you wish to make a comment, please provide some support or at least enough information for others to locate the source for your opinion because some will read these comments and will be unable to watch it themselves.

    I'm 4 minutes into Nadler's OS, and I'm bored already... Schiff is the much better public speaker...

    I feel confident that he will be the lead House manager come Senate trial, but Jerry will have a role as well..

    So far Nadler only deviated from the Shiff script using the Mueller investigation (and lying about Trump not cooperating in the Mueller investigation).

    Right at the beginning, a Republican filed a motion and I am not sure what was its implication.

    Nadler is delivering his opening statement now.

    The R's want their "own day of hearings"... for some reason...

    Since Nadler can refuse any non-connected witnesses, I see no reason he shouldn't consider that.

    I'd love to see what the R's could cook up in their "own day of hearings"

    I imagine it will involve blaming Adam Schiff for the death of Jimmy Hoffa...

    Trump encouraged Russia to hack his political opponent and Russia acted, for the first time, to hack his political opponent within 24 hours of that encouragement.
