    Trump specifically asked Russia to hack his domestic political opponent. Russia responded by hacking her for the first time within 24 hours of that encouragement.

    I found the fact that he admitted he did not vote for Trump, yet was able to set aside his personal feelings and state what the actual laws are was VERY impressive. He made it clear that this procedure is being rushed, and does not believe Trump committed any impeachable offenses.

    He said this impeachment is all based on emotion and the conduct alleged does not rise to the standard the Founding Fathers intended for an impeachment.

    If Republicans had bothered to make even a token attempt at holding Trump to account for asking Russia to hack his domestic political opponent, then perhaps they would not have lost the majority in the House in 2018.

    No he didn't he said if they had the emails that belonged to the taxpayers, the People, those of the Secretary of State during her tenure as Secretary of State, he said NOTHING about DNC emails.

    Not aware of any quotes from the Democrats here saying that they could impeach him for anything they deemed impeachable (although to be fair, I would agree if they did make such a statement).

    You just said nothing that mattered. Why do we need "legal experts" when we have 435 Elected Representatives that are supposed to know the U.S. Constitution? Johnathan Turley just nuked the entire Democratic Party. That was hilarious.

    But I do fault the Democrat's legal counsel for not directing more questions to Turley.

    It is part of the impeachment process to hear legal expert testimony on whether the facts merit impeachment. It happened with Nixon and it happened with Clinton.

    Why do you believe that Turley "nuked" the "entire Democratic party?"

    It's not in the video, he says nothing about the DNC emails or Clinton's campaign emails. He is talking about the State Department emails that belong to the People and are to be archived for public release.
