Then perhaps they should stop committing so much crime.

What's the statistics on Iranian women committing crime.

Are they 13% of the population committing 51% of the murder there too?

    Do "sharia crimes" count?

Are pretty much all of Iran's women also living in abject poverty when compared to the males?

Well the abject poor blacks in this country have a far better standard of living than the poor in Iran.

I'm sure you've noticed that despite their "abject poverty" they always seem to have the latest and greatest cell phones.

Yeah, and despite being hunted down on the streets for not wearing a hat, Iranian women are elegantly dressed.

I am not sure the poor in the US have such a fun time as you say.

Our bottom 10% have it far better than most. Certainly far better than being poor, black, and living in Africa.

They were not fined for lighting candles, they were fined for doing illegal missionary work. The six men are affiliated with an organization called Kabbalah Ltd., which has not been registered to engage in missionary activity in Russia. Their lawyer said that Russian law requires that religious activities by foreigners must be carried out with the proper paper work.

Regardless of what your sentiments might be, a country can't have laws for one group of people but not for another and proselytizing is against the law in Russia.

As for the Moscow Times, it's a globalist sheet. So much for Russia not having a free press.

You are right, it is the woman. I always found the problem with women in Middle Eastern countries, is that they can be exceedingly cruel to women who are not conforming to their standards. I think it stems from insecurity, so that instead of expressing tolerance to their husbands towards women, they do the exact opposite in order to excel their own virtues.

If there is one good thing that can be said about women's rights, it is that it soften's women's hearts and makes them more tolerant of others.

Go tell the lawyer Ronstar. By the way the Moscow Times retracted, and said it was not the candles, but that they hadn't registered.
