I'm sorry if this pisses anybody off, but until you can concretely prove what causes homosexuality through science, then anything like this is going to be short-sighted, irresponsible, and just flat out wrong on many different levels. And I find it unfortunate that the pro-gay agenda is mostly driven by emotion because it makes it almost impossible to counter with reason. The advocates won't even listen to potential concerns simply because they feel what they feel and they want what they want. And everything else is irrelevant to them.

Its already been proven that homosexuality isn't a normal function. Yes it happens in nature but its not the norm.

Homosexuality needs to be tucked into the closet where it belongs.

It's not that I don't listen to your sides arguments, I just haven't heard one that makes sense.

Actually, it is irresponsible to deny people their reasonable rights on the basis you suggest.

We already know enough, to realize that all this persecution and dehumanizing of homosexual people is nothing but a detriment. That is evident.

And thus, the above is but one prime example of "homophobia" expressed. :(

I don't until they start demanding rights for an obvious behavior.

    That doesn't make any sense.

    What have "they" demanded?

Well I want polygamy legal then so I can get another wife for tax purposes. Two consenting adults and its the way God made us so that should be legal also.

    1) Homosexual's marry others for the same reason heterosexuals do.
2). I would be all for legalizing polygamy as well as long as there were actions taken so that they could not take advantage of the system as you suggest in that scenario.

That homophobia you are expressing, causes what you say to make virtually zero sense. :(

Why restrict polygamists but not gays or heterosexuals?

Your bigotry is oozing out of your posts.

Your a typical gay supporter. You can't say one thing against homosexuality without being a homophobe.

    Get a life.

    Start a thread on polygamy.

No, not really. You are doing what so my do... you are putting up a straw-man, and imagine no one would notice that is what you just beat down.

We aren't talking about "polygamy" here.

What?....You don't even make any sense. How could a homosexual couple marry another person for an *extra* tax benefit? They're the same benefits that heterosexuals get, not an extra one.

Its a relevant point to this argument. You can't say its a strawman argument just because its derailing your point.

I'm that and a lot more. Sometimes I'm an atypical gay supporter, son, brother, soldier, philanthropist, musician and all-around red-blooded American patriot... among other things. (But I don't expect you to notice.) :)

I know homophobia when I see it. I don;t really know YOU, so I would not call you a "homophobe". After all, you might just be playing a role here.

    (see the above)

Your right, no gay person or heterosexual person would EVER get married just for tax purposes. Its never ever happened.
