I know the area of Port Hillford, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia very well where they are planning to have a whale sanctuary. This certainly does sound like a vastly better option than to simply transfer the whales from one concrete tank in France to another concrete tank in any other nation. Something else that is interesting about Port Hillford........ is that it is a perfect location to stage a modern reality film series that is combined with a semi-reality science fiction film series about an Alternative Universe 1939.... where the 907 Jewish Refugees on the historical M. S.
