Well even you would have to say that her right to LIFE would still apply wouldn't you? You would say not liberty and the pursuit of happiness because a woman wanting an abortion should have the liberty to have an abortion and not allowing her to do so would make her happiness turn into unhappiness. Just like a bank robber who wants to rob a bank takes the liberty to rob the bank, and the money he gets gives him happiness. We can't all do what we WANT in this world. That's all part of liberty. I do not call myself Pro Choice; I think it is a bad label and a side of the debate that is far too timid and respectful with its opponent. I call myself pro-abortion although I would prefer to call my stance Pro Life, but that has sadly been hijacked by people who hate life.

No one is "being told" that out of whim, an embryo actually is a clump of cells. There can be many reasons a married couple would agree on having an abortion and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The right to life is the most fundamental of rights from which all other rights are just consequences. Life is a process of self-sustaining actions which means that the right to life means one has the right to engage in self-sustaining action to live a life of fulfilliment and enjoyment. A ban on abortion prevents her from taking conttol over her own life. The right to life naturally implies right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It is not as simple as you having tje right not to be murdered. This is just an awful 7th-grader-argument that I am not even sure deserves to be addressed. Rights are conditions of existence required by man’s nature for his proper survival. They are now, as safe as any other medical procedure....should people stop having medical procedures because sometimes they don't always turn out well? No heart surgery? No knee surgery? They might not be safe!!! The decision to have a medical procedure STILL belongs to the person having the surgery and NO ONE ELSE.
