Really? You brought it up, in the context of favoring secession. So I'm guessing you want some kind of "homeland" Are you white? I'm guessing yes.

I get it. You guys like the supremacy clause when it suits your purpose of controlling individusl behavior and don't like it the rest of the time.

White yes indeed, but hardly wishing to share my life with such such low lives white Trump supporters as unlike them and Trump for that matter I do not think that the color of one skin or one religion or lack of same matter.

Building a Trump wall around their 'homeland' would be a far better use of funds then building a wall on the Mexican border.

The state passed a referendum for a $10 billion dollar train that absolutely no one actually believed would come in at that cost while they were drowning in debt from the pension funds. That state is lost forever. If you aren't fringe left then you are not welcome.

LOL and Trump wish to spend 21 billions or so on a worthless wall as if we was living in the time of the Chinese building their wall or the roman building the Hadrian's Wall in England.

Neither wall was all that successful in their time but is now a few thousands of years later is nice tourists draw.

So perhaps in a few thousands years people will come to see the Trump wall.

Yes both Trump supporters and most voters in California are morons. I agree completely.

OK, so you're white, brought up (totally off topic) the idea of a white homeland, and favor secession.

I think that about covers it.

Sorry but it was not I who was marching on a college campus with torches chanting words from the nazi era and who are strong supporters of Trump.

Nor do I wish to share the same planet with these so call white people less alone the same nation.

The only thing I share with them is a skin color.

If they get their wish for a homeland I would not be a member of that homeland.

Lord it would however be nice to get rid of these bigots and racists with special note if they would please take Trump with them.

OK OK, you've virtue signaled all over the floor! Now I have to get a mop!

Is that the reason you brought up a white homeland out of the blue? Meanwhile what sort of homeland are you agitating for? You oppose the Supremacy clause, so I figure you would oppose the validity of federal civil rights laws if the state and local governments felt differently, so what's your point? That you want to a homeland where you can get high and violate civil rights?

California is pretty far gone, maybe too far. If the rest of America follows suit, it's going to get ugly. I already know that I'm not willing to bail them out when they go too bankrupt to cover it up.

    Not True.
The National Republic organizations just ignore California.
Besides a committed GOP base regardless how small there is the huge "independent" voter
    that makes California "special".

California's political problems rest with the Bay Area Dynastic control of both parties.
Southern Californians may count for more but, notice how national representation is north.
    Pelosi. Feinstein. Harris. Brown. Boxer.
    All northerners.
And when southern GOP governors occurred such as Pete Wilson or "the Arnold" they were sabotaged by their own party. Just like the Carter and Trump presidencies.

Blame The Bay Area Dynastic Party Politics
I mean Senator Kamela Harris. Really!?

Right-wing media has brainwashed their subjects into dismissing the diverse population of California as unAmerican. That meme is being parroted relentlessly.

Such a divisive ploy must be abandoned before the GOP, extremely unpopular under Trump, embraces the populace and respects Hispanic Americans, Black Americans, Asian Americans, etc. If Republicans persist in their alienating so many Americans, they will be a boutique party in California - and throughout most of the nation.

Issalation is no way to run a political party.

[T]here are now 31 Republicans not seeking re-election in 2018. That number will likely grow, as Republicans in competitive districts have to make decisions about whether to run in an election year where their president has a historically low approval rating.

Democratic activist billionaire Tom Steyer this week pledged to put up $30 million dollars to help defeat Republicans in the midterms. Later Wednesday, Steyer's organization NextGen America tweeted out a statement praising Issa's decision:

"This week, we got our first wins with Darrell Issa and Ed Royce stepping down rather than face crushing defeat in November. Progressives are energized like never before — and today makes it more than obvious: Trump and the GOP are scared."

Meanwhile, the Democratic Party must win back the less-affluent White Americans who gave the GOP a try out of desperation.

That would quickly make all those Republicans realize how important the government is in cases like those
