What, exactly, is socialism? Again this discussion seems necessary.

Understand? I reject meaningless comment. You continue to show zero attempt to apply socialist political economy.

Unlike You, I seem to understand the English language. Socialism starts with a social Contract such as a Constitution.

I have a good argument; you only seem to have gossip and fallacy, like wo-men are wont to do.

The Constitution is a treaty(feodus) of the federal(fodera) govt. and her allied states of America (foederati).
Noticed how they all had to ratify it and sign it?

lol. Are you on the right wing?

Why do you believe Socialism precludes merely using Capitalism, for all of its capital worth in modern times?

    Here is what Socialism is,

to the Extent we are immoral enough to need the Expense of Government instead of Ten simple moral Commandments from a God:

    That, is what Socialism, IS.

    "Immoral"? Like white supremacy?

Like ignoring needy people on the edge of survival?

Like excessive greed that leads to the kind of wealth inequality that we have?

You mean that kind of immorality?

lol. No. I mean the immorality of Ten simple Commandments being too difficult for true believers in a God; and whining about Taxes for the Expense of Government.

I prefer to "blame the right wing".

Yet, didn't you criticize socialism for "needing" people to surrender their "natural rights"? -which of course is incorrect.

No, I don't. That is what enables socialism to accomplish its, social missions.

True Capitalism must involve, voluntary transactions that result in mutually beneficial trade.

why do you find it in the coherent do you not understand English? Politics isn't relevant capitalism is in the economy not a policy

    exists where trade is happening.

you can stop telling me at any point how wrong you think capitalism is you started this.

Because I said socialism 99 times out of 100 is a failure.

You started this what about ism as though saying other systems are flawed would make me think socialism is fantastic.

and also bankrupts Nations leading them to the point at which Venezuela's in we've seen it happen dozens of times.

Our system is not perfect but it works and it works far better than socialism.

    This is also incoherent.

Terribly naive here! Political economy is used to analyse the different economic paradigms.

I started by demonstrating that your views on socialism were based on cliche and half truth.

Would you see post 1945 British socialism a failure? If so, how?

To be fair, you haven't responded with any credible critique so far. Go back to my original reply and try again? Perhaps hammer home some stuff on the socialist calculation debate? Perhaps some reference to utopianism in Christian Socialism?

How many economies were effectively destroyed by the Washington Consensus (where free market economics dominated development policy in the name of capitalism)?

Based on what criteria? Why, for example, are worker owned enterprises found to be more productive?

You do love to avoid answering questions. Here they are again, just in case:

Go back to my original reply and try a critique? Perhaps hammer home some stuff on the socialist calculation debate? Perhaps some reference to utopianism in Christian Socialism?

How many economies were effectively destroyed by the Washington Consensus (where free market economics dominated development policy in the name of capitalism)?

What criteria are you using to assess socialist failure? Why, for example, are worker owned enterprises found to be more productive?
