In the aspect of sharing, the offering of expression; do we offer this by dissecting another's expression or responding to it's body as a whole?

This is what I think being mindful and loving looks like

Who said anything about the Bible? Your statement.."...never could I accept what you purport to be the true interpretation of God......." That is a quote of your words. Now you have made a claim that I purport something to be "the true interpretation of God...." You have made a claim about something that I allegedly said. Now where did I purport anything to be "the true interpretation of God"?

Not word games. You stated what you stated. Live up to what you said, and quit trying to manipulate what has been said. You set the parameters not me.

Talking about games. I can see now that you are definitely playing a game. You are making allegations of things you think I have said, but you fail to quote any of those things. I am not going to play that game with you. Either show the quotations, go on my ignore list. Without the quotes, I refuse to converse with you.

Biological makeup, influences, soul, spirit..... Every fiber of my being.... If yours was identical to it, how would your choice be any different within it and why?.....
My apologies, did not realize I had to map it out so precisely for you to grasp the concept.

Now where does that segment of posting say anything about "Your statement.."...never could I accept what you purport to be the true interpretation of God......." ?

It don't, and therefore you have made a false representation about the things that I have said.

This is not a difficult concept to understand here......

A murderer, rapist or thief.... If you had the identical soul, spirit, genetic makeup and influences in life.... Pretty pretty please with sugar on top.... Explain to me why and how your choices would be any different within it!

The bible itself claims to be the word of God, considering that a large percentage of the population sees this only to be man's interpretation of God..... It is not at all odd to call it so... Even more so, I do not accept it to be the word of God, for me to communicate it as an interpretation is not beyond the realm of reason, certainly it isn't that difficult for you to grasp this is it?

I have to communicate with you as though the bible is true in order for you to understand me? That is a very closed mind in the attempt to open another's, don't think it can happen like that!

Where did I purport that this was 'the true interpretation of God'?

What is your purpose here, to offer a mindful approach to your thinking, or to simply edify yourself?

If I ask questions of what you believe and you convolute it with reproach making no attempt to understand what is being asked, what have you offered to it but discord?

Again, and for a final time: Where do you see that I have purported that to be "the true interpretation of God"?

Your words..... The bible makes no restriction.... So what are you saying here, you don't actually believe this to be true?

God removes that restriction, making all things possible.... So is this a different God than the one you refer to in the bible?

Do you believe that the bible is the word of God?

If the bible is subjective in any aspect of thought, isn't that within itself highly restrictive?

I can only conclude by your statement that the bible is the word of God that is not subject to interpretation...... Hence the bible as a whole being the true interpretation of God

Your assumption is False. What I am saying is that I am stating facts about the language printed in those verses.

Yes God does that and it is the Same God.

Yep!... Now the question that you didn't ask which you should have asked is this: "Then is this the true interpretation of God?"

Then my response would have been and is and has been: That is my interpretation, and I am not perfect, and make no claims of special (inspired) knowledge about the Bible when I have not been led by the Holy Spirit to make a 'true interpretation of scripture.'

My assumption? Since when does me saying "your words" and then quoting your words exactly and then asking a question about what that means, have anything to do with my assumption?

So you make several more statements and then top it off by saying that you have not been led by the holy spirit to make a true interpretation of scripture...... If you are unable to make a true interpretation, then how would you even begin to know that the bible is the word of God? Well hallelujah, let's hope that you interpreted that part correctly!
Or have you placed your faith in someone else that they can interpret it correctly for you?

Now, because you have not been led by the holy spirit to make a true interpretation of scripture..... Put down the scripture and answer a question from your own mind.

You have been placed in the very life of a murderer, rapist or thief.... Same soul, same spirit, same genetic makeup, same body of influence, every fiber of your being is identical..... How do you in effect deviate from the choices that have been made by this life?

BTW Daisy, the person who deleted my last post that I have reposted.....
Thought the youtube visuals were poignant, but I understand... Not exactly friendly so OK!

This is an integral part of the entire thread concerning fact..... The OP has stated that this is their interpretation and in FACT it is only an interpretation, and may NOT in effect be TRUE because they have not been led by the holy spirit.....
They have contradicted their entire argument!
I am saying then to put down this scripture in a discussion of FACT seeing that admittedly so.... they have zero basis to use it as a tool; and then answer a question from their own mind using sense and sensibility, logic and reason.

By doing so, we will make a final statement concerning choice, which is the very foundation of the Christian faith!

I will be cautious not to use extraneous visuals and criticism; I would ask that you be cautious not to indiscriminately remove posts of depth and meaning to the question at hand.

Imagine if I was a truly lost mind, possibly even destined for the grave, not to join God in heaven.... If this was your belief and I asked a question about an aspect of that belief; and instead of answering the question you ignore it, avoid it, pretend the question was never asked..... What kind of believer do you suppose that makes you?

There should never be a single question ignored..... By answering every question it provides knowledge, it also solidifies and strengthens the belief.

It is easier to offer an example of ourselves towards knowledge, then to tell someone who they should be..... I have no reservations in saying that the OP is an awful example of themselves, not to mention their faith.

Your very first word above, signifies that the scenario is completely imaginary, and has nothing to do with 'fact'

The second highlighted word above, also point in that same direction.

Answering a question does not necessarily impart knowledge.. that answer might contain nothing more than an opinion that also might be based on 'imaginations'.

It is nice of you to impart your OPINION regarding the OP, "themselves" and "their faith". Remember to use the quote function when attempting to address something that someone else has stated. Have a nice evening.

How can one deviate (present tense) from choices that have been made (past tense)?
